I had a problem with my eye for a couple weeks and even went to Medi Quick and they found nothing wrong. They referred me to a place on broad Street and the lady was so rude. Then I thought let me call the place where I get my glasses and I called there and they were nothing but so helpful.! They provided me with an appointment to see the doctor the next day! When I went there everybody was so kind and friendly and caring! Within 15 minutes they called me in to see the doctor which was extremely friendly and generally very caring and kind! After a thorough examination he realized it was ingrown eyelash and he plucked it out with a pair of tweezers and gave me some medication! it was automatic relief because it felt like I had a brick in my eye! I would recommend anyone to go to this place because the people are so kind caring and just the best place anywhere! Thank you so much!!!

Great experience with the doctor and the ladies who assist with the frames and payments. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful, makings sure I was heard and understood l, and left happy with my choices. The doctor broke all my concerns down to a comprehensive science, making me feel great about my lenses I'll be getting.

I had suffered with an eye condition that remained misdiagnosed by my California doctor for 3 years. My neighbor mentioned my condition & symptoms while at HER appointment with Dr. Raphael. l called, and the front desk was able to squeeze me in during the next available business day! It's such a relief to be under the care of a knowledgeable, conscientious doctor with a friendly staff. My current pharmacy was unable to fill the prescription for a fairly new compound, and with one call, Dr. Raphael jumped in immediately and redirected it to a pharmacy which was able to offer me a tremendous discount on the final total (important, since I'm on Medicare). I couldn't be more grateful to be on my way to recovery!

My first time back since 3 years ago cause I just moved back to the state. And it was excellent the staff was so amazing from start to finish when time to pick my eye glasses I was stuck between 3 pairs didn't no which one look better on my face so one of the nice ladies came over and asked me if I needed some help and I told her can I have your honest opinion she said sure I tried on all 3 and the one that my fiance picked out funny because she picked out the same one was a great experience highly Recommend..

I had an excellent experience! Great service at front desk! Dr. Rafeal was excellent! Zero complaints. Staff is extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions! Highly recommend. They are very busy because they are that good! I had an early morning appt.
