Thank you so much for taking this emergency call. Dr. Hall (Meriden, CT) was exactly what I needed to help with my continued problem before my next scheduled visit on Monday afternoon. Dr. Hall engaged me over a teli-video visit. She was able to view my condition & prescribe the meds needed. I was concerned that my emergency call was premature but she reassured me that it was not & I made the right call. Dr. Hall said she willcall back the next day to see how I was doing. I am extremely happy to have dealt with her... I received Exceptional care & attention.

After finding out I had cataracts, I went to my Primary Care Physician and was given a referral to Dr. Laura Hall, Cataract Surgeon at the Refocus Eye Health facility. It was easy to find, on the very first floor, and had a clean spacious waiting area. I was promptly taken care of by the nice receptionist,; asked to fill out paper work and then taken to exam room by a very pleasant technician who was very efficient and patient considering I asked her to repeat herself quite often ( due to hearing issues). Dr. Hall was very welcoming and efficient, also, very thorough and understanding, it was a pleasure doing business at Refocus Eye Health and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
