This is the friendliest staff around. They offer comprehensive exams with smiles that make you feel cared for. They are prompt (even early!) with appointment times and efficient- no prolonged waits to see the doctor. They also offered me tons of free samples when I was looking for some travel sized solution. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area. Very much worth my drive from southbury.

Fantastic staff and Doctor. They listened to my concerns and didn't rush into any test- I have an eye phobia, and actually enjoyed the "high tech- no touch" tests used on me. I was referred to Dr Nguyen by another health care provider who described her practice in glowing terms. I made an appointment and from the moment I arrived I was impressed by the facility and staff. The examination was thorough utilizing all the latest technology in eye care. Handed off to the doctor who then took her time examining my vision and explaining to me in plain language all the imagery they had collected and giving me a full understanding of the health of my eyes. Today was my third visit in a couple of weeks and I have been continually delighted by their attention to detail and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend CT Eye Care to everyone who needs individualized and thoughtful eye care. A small business staffed by a team of capable and competent professionals who are patient focused and put in the extra effort to make sure you receive the very best care.

I had my first appointment today and everything was perfect! The exam was extremely thorough, the office staff was pleasant and easy to work with and Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and went over everything with patience and a thorough explanation of next steps. One of the best initial office visits I have ever had! Highly recommend!

I've been going to CT eye care for years now and they've always been phenomenal. Always an easy and pleasant experience and always great service. They remember every one of my family member's names as soon as they walk in the door and genuinely care. Amy is the absolute BEST for fitting glasses and figuring out how to get you the best price for the glasses, frames and contacts you need, she is a true gem.

These guys are the best! I've been going here for decades now and I am SO happy with the new owners and how they have done such a great job of maintaining (nay, increasing!) the level of professionalism and technological expertise, without losing sight of how much their patients appreciate and rely on their small-town, friendly atmosphere. But the other evening (on Newtown's famous Halloween night, no less!), they went above and beyond the call of duty by staying past closing time, clad in their Halloween costumes, and waiting for my tardy arrival to come and pick up my repaired eyeglasses. They knew that I'd be miserable without them over the weekend and it didn't even occur to them NOT to wait. Who DOES that kind of thing nowadays? How's THAT for customer satisfaction, er, I mean ... DELIGHT? If you're looking for a new optometry practice, I can't possibly recommend "The CT Eye Care Center" here in Newtown, CT, more highly. I promise, you'll LOVE it here.

CT Eye Care is THE best for thorough and comprehensive vision health. I have been a patient for over 20 years and will never go to another office. My daughter who lives out of state and is a nurse, travels yearly just to be a patient of CT Eye Care. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and they want the best for your family. I would recommend them highly.
