I've been coming to Dr. Wasserman since about 2013 maybe and I've never really had an issue as I am seeing in the reviews. I will say over the last year and a half I definetely notice a change in staff and if anything it's even better. Raquel and Janine are great and so is Justin when getting new lenses. I can't say enough about Dr. Wasserman, he is so nice and friendly and has great beside manner and really takes his time and answers any questions. I will continue to come here and always have a pleasant experience

Booked an appointment. Had it confirmed multiple times (text and phone calls, including the day prior). Re-arranged my schedule. I had told them on two occasions that I would have to be leaving 45 minutes after my appointment for a meeting. They said that would be absolutely fine as long as I filled out the online application/paperwork. Then, en route, I received a call, and they told me that they had to reschedule on the basis that I am a new patient and 45 minutes wouldn't be enough time for my appointment. I told them I was arriving 50 minutes before my appointment to fill out any more paper work but they told me that wasn't enough time. They don't respect peoples' time and are disorganized and disrespectful. They had moments of being polite so I'm leaving them 2 stars; rather than 1.

Overwhelmingly terrible customer service. Without going into details on scheduling, the person was literally yelling at me on the phone. Hands down worst customer service I've ever experienced and that too on an existing patient/customer. I was calmly explaining the scheduling saga and she just won't stop screaming at me. Avoid if you can. Never going back again.

Worst customer service experience. To begin with, it takes the office about 20 minutes to set you up with a new appointment. Poor poor customer service beginning with the front desk who are not friendly at all. The front desk lady will catch an attitude with you if you tell her you never received a voicemail to confirm an appointment. I do not recommend this place at all.

The entire staff is courteous and helpful. Dr Wasserman is a highly skilled Physician in the field of Ophthalmology. I strongly recommend anyone with eye problems to see Dr Wasserman and his staff. Ravindra Junnarkar. .

Dr. Wasserman is fantastic and very thorough. He's caught problems other doctors have missed and is a top doc in his field.
