Ok I guess. Seems a little like a well-oiled machine - crowded but the conveyor belt moves right along quickly. I liked it better a few years ago when things were quieter. I just like the old-fashioned approach I guess. Anyway I am sure my eyes got checked out just fine.

Fraudulent billing practices. I came here for a routine eye exam. Twice during my visit I declined the optomap option. They did it anyway. I never had it before so did not realize until I went to check out to leave that it was done, as nothing was explained to me as it was happening. Was assured I would not be charged for it. Well, I was. And despite multiple follow up calls to billing department and the front desk similarly assuring me it would come off my bill, I've just been notified they sent the bill to collections. They also charged an additional fee for the visit that id never before had to pay at an eye doctor for an annual visit with my same insurance id had for years. When questioned about it, I was told I signed something agreeing to pay it. I asked for a copy of what I signed, was told I'd get it and of course, it never came. As someone who does not make a habit of leaving bills unpaid, I was shocked to learn that they sent me to collections for a service I DECLINED, they performed without my consent, and cannot take a minute to fix a simple mistake. Patients Beware.

I would truly like to thank Dr. Wolf and her associates for taking great care of me when I had an issue with my eye. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and that I appreciated very much. Dr. Wolf is so skilled at what she does and is also such great and caring person. She definitely made sure that my eye issue was taken care of until it was back to normal. Thanks again!
