This office has the worst front desk ever. Every time I went in the front desk receptionist would just keep staring with a nasty looking attitude. I wanted to be a new patient and this old lady at the front goes you're not cover under bcbs without even checking. The front desk will not stop staring I repeat. Such bizarre passive behavior.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! What a SCAM. I've never seen a Dr office be this hard to deal with. Paid over $800 for glasses that keep breaking over and over, cheap quality lenses and frames, we asked if they can fix it they refused , we asked them to send over the prescription to us so we can go to another office that can hopefully help us, they refused to email us the prescription of my husbands own medical records, then finally convinced them to mail it to us and they said the dr won't sign off on it so even if they mail it to us we won't be able to take it to any other Drs office to get new frames and won't be able to use it. Basically these are scam artists that don't care about their customers at all, over charge, and are not accommodating in any way. Also not sure about legality of withholding medical records or not "signing off" so that we are forced to pay for yet another exam somewhere else instead of just using his prescription he already has. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I have been a patient there for years since I was a little child. the service is good they just need more frames to choose from thats all.

Friendliest & most accommodating medical staff I've ever experienced. Dr. Castaldi has been my doctor for 30 years. He is attentive, honest and provides excellent care. I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Castaldi for over 10 years. Great service and information every time. Very understanding with the schedule of college students who are out of state for months at a time. Very kind and employees are very welcoming. I have no complaints.

My experience with Vision Consultants and Dr. Frank Castaldi has always been an excellent experience. The staff are very courteous and treat you with supreme professionalism every time I have had an appointment. You are always treated with respect and dignity. They are willing to work with you if you are going to be late to an appointment within reasonable time frame. The Team as a whole have always made me feel like I am being given the most up to date care that is available. The office is very efficient and make each patient feel as though they are the most important person at the time of your visit. Very informative with any questions you have. I recommend with the highest concideration that you make your next appointment for an eye examination with Vision Consultants as in my belief they are the most capable office to give you the care and personal attention you deserve as a patient.

I recently brought my mom to Vision Consultants of Stamford and I was very pleased in the manner they handled my mother's needs. They treated her with respect and were super patient with her. Dr Castaldi was very knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing all the tests performed. Thank you so much to the entire group for your time and patience.

Went in today 12/23/2023 for an appointment and was greeted by nothing but disgusting attitude from the front desk. I Left and won't ever be returning. Too bad i had to even give them 1 star. Not everyone should work with people.
