I can't speak for the doctor himself because it was my first visit! But I can speak for all of his staff, such as assistants and receptionists. From the day they called me for my daughter's appointment, they were super rude, asking me if I wanted the appointment or not in a super rude tone. I imagined it was just that day, but today at my daughter's appointment I confirmed it. Zero kindness, cordiality, hygiene, zero tact with the patient. This place leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing coordinated. PLEASE check your staff and train them. And remember, the doctor only comes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I have been very happy with all my visits. The staff is great and I only wish all my Dr appointments went as easily. This years visit I was really impressed with their ability to help me with specific issues by changing my appointment time. Once there it was obvious to me they took safety of everyone very seriously. They made me feel welcome and safe. Plus the visit was fast and easy. Still very happy. They have taken my insurance with no issues at all, and I have never had a billing problem

First visit - All staff were very courteous and knowledgeable in their functions. Dr Tiedemann is thorough in her approach, business-like, exceptionally well-educated and responsive. I'm looking forward to my procedure and treatment. (My one persnickety suggestion would be to revisit the forms they use for initial sign-in and H&P; they're well-worn copies of copies with errors in the originals. In these days of quick high-quality personal printers, or even electronic data capture, they could do better.)

After using my insurance and paying the co-pay, I received a bill in the mail for $50.00. I called the office and the receptionist told me it was for something I never heard of. I should have been informed prior to this procedure as this has never happened to me in any of my prior visits or with any other eye exam offices. This is very unprofessional so I will not be doing business with them anymore.

They have been great for the 2 times I used them! Their office has good equipment and the doctors are knowledgeable and pleasant (as well as staff)
If I had to find a complaint it would be that I had to wait quite a while to see the doctor (especially during last visit) I do understand that things get busy and backed up, and procedures are a bit different now due to COVID and might take a bit more time. Overall Great place, I feel as though they all enjoy their work and do a wonderful job!
