I brought my daughter to get an eye exam at Stamford Vision Care.I have always had a good experience with Dr Mialo and then Dr. Chin. Dr Chin wasn't available so she saw Dr. Khanna. My daughter had a very bad concussion and has had issues with her eyes since then. She had glasses and lost them so I decided to go for an eye doctor to check her prescription before ordering new glasses. Dr. Kahnna accused my daughter of lying about her eye sight saying "she probably just wants glassed to look cool" and I told her she has glasses and hates them. She told me she was testing her to see if she was really having a hard time seeing or not. I then told her maybe it was the concussion she suffered and she told me no, that cant be it. I was told she cannot have contacts because it would only be for one eye and you cannot wear contacts in just one eye. I have never had such a bad experience with an eye doctor let alone a doctor before. Dr. Chin is great but stay away from this lady.

We had such a great experience here! Frankie was fantastic--one of the nicest, most charismatic people you'll ever meet. My daughter has special migraine glasses, and he was able to move the lenses into another frame in just a couple of minutes. I also have a large selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent place for all your vision care needs. The manager Nicole. Was super sweet and super patient With my 13 year old daughter While trying Out her contacts for the First time. The other staff members were also great. This was our first time to this office and had a wonderful experience. Doctor Chin, it's amazing and I highly recommend this practice.

They saved my life! Well, my job at least. I was in the middle of my annual work physical when I failed the eye test. My fault, really, hadn't gotten a new prescription in years and I needed to pass today. I called half a dozen places and visited three as well. Glasses in one day let alone one hour in no longer a thing. All those big chains were absolutely no help at all. I called Stamford Vision Care and left a message but decided to risk driving over there. I told them my story but they had no open appointments. I left dejected. That's when the staff chased me into the parking lot and says Dr Khanna heard my plight and will see me right away. An hour later I had a complete eye exam and was walking out with a new pair of glasses. Thank you Pete for your understanding and quick work getting me in. And Anna you were amazing in my exam. Dr Khanna is a supremely caring professional. Frankie is in a class all by himself.

I have been waiting for my glasses that I ordered for more than two months. When I went for my regular visit of the year. I have called several times to ask if they have arrived, they transfer me to the glasses department, but the phone rings and rings but no one answers, the person in charge of this department seems to be useless in customer service, I will find another place that is more interested in customer service. I will never return to this place.

I have been a regular customer for many years, and have been very happy with the service until today. I went in for a general eye exam, front desk was okay, they were polite. After I was done for my eye exam, I went to get a quote for new lenses of the glasses I got last year. Usually the other old guy from the glass store is very friendly. Today, however, the guy named Frank when I was asking about getting a quote of lenses, he said 500$, I have been customer of years, i know it could never be 500$, I said I have insurance, and then he was doing some calculation on his calculator and said 350$, which still doesn't sound right, i told him I paid 200 something last year, and then he said yeah prices have went up. But can't be this much? When I was asking for a detailed breakdown, he told me the computer is down. I called my insurance company later when I got home and they told me the prices of my plan has NEVER changed since 2018, and was asking about who gave me this quote. It has been a happy experience until this time. I am not sure if I will be going back.

I called to get a first appointment and I was able to get one for my husband and me within a week. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The doctor was professional and thorough. Good selection of frames. Prices were clearly presented and options were reviewed before deciding on a final choice. The only criticism I have is that they said the glasses would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks went by without a call. I called them three weeks later and the glasses were there waiting for us. They should have called us when they came in and not have us wait and call them. I would recommend Stamford Vision Care.

Great vibe once you walk into the office. First time here and left very impressed. Dr. Maiolo was professional and helped me understand the health of my eyes with pictures and explanation. The whole atmosphere in the office is welcoming and comforting. Got new lenses right on the spot; visit took less time than I would have expected. I highly recommend as an eye center for anyone looking. Thank you Stamford Vision Care :)
