My experience today was fantastic!! Everyone was extremely helpful and professional! Joanne, Amanda, Carrie, Natalie "Meka"(who did my eye tests) and Dr Eric! All were the best! I felt appreciated as a customer, no over pushy sales, very welcoming clean fun environment! I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you All!

The dr was amazing. My husband chose safety glasses with transitions and twice they were NOT done correctly (no transitions) when I spoke with The GM Natalia she could care less. I asked for a refund and she just stated ok. Not that we were asking for much. Just an apology would have sufficed. There was a young hispanic woman who was amazing when we were choosing our frames. Its sad because Id hoped for better customer service. Oh and while I was searching for frames one of the reps seemed agitated whenever a new customer would walk in. Being someone who works in CS we know that any customer whether paying or not spreads great customer service and is the best way to get free publicity. Not good America's Best! Not good at all.

Came in for a regular yearly eye exam and new pair. The staff here was absolutely wonderful, very respectful of my partner. They basically doted on him, in fact haha. They were so sweet and helpful. Additionally, they even fixed and replaced one of the plastic bridge pads on his current glasses when they saw it was broken. Thanks so much!
