Dr. Karen G. Bonnanzio, OD

Absolutely terrible!. The front staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Bonnnazio however is the worst human being ever. I have literally told my entire family and friends to stop going to this office. My contacts and glasses broke. She refused to even speak to me or acknowledge me despite my calling and emailing the office. My prescription lapsed and the earliest appointment they had was 3 months away. I asked for a pair of contacts and even offered to pay for them to get me by until the appointment. She refused to speak to me directly, but informed her staff to let me know under no circumstances could she do that. It's apparently more dangerous to send me away with the ability to not see than to give a pair of contacts to hold me over until I can have the appointment. I called, email and even presented myself in person and the coward that she is couldn't even see me in person. What a disgrace!

For many years now, I've had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Bonnanzio, OD, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional optometrist.
