The doctor is absolutely wonderful -- fun, quick, informative, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, the front desk staff don't reflect the same warmth or professionalism. They're often cold, unhelpful, and act like helping patients is an inconvenience. One staff member has been kind when assisting my parents, which I appreciate, but overall the attitude at the front is disappointing. Today sealed it for me -- I arrived at 4:59 PM to pick up glasses, and the staff clearly saw me but ignored me while packing up to leave. I waited outside until about 5:04 before they walked out and locked up. I understand closing time, but a little kindness and flexibility go a long way. Sadly, I'll be taking my business elsewhere where customer service matches the quality of care.

Honestly not a big fan of going to any sort of doctors. I caved and made an appointment due to an increasing issue after multiple surgeries on eyes, Spoke to dr white for about an hour about why I was there for visit. Specifically was told no wonder I can see without transition lenses during the day. I picked out frames and such. According to what I should have received. And of course, the glasses come in. Just regular lenses, So the entire point of my appointment was wasted, and ten days waiting for the glasses was a waste. Now I have to go to ANOTHER DOCTOR that won't screw this up. And wait another week or two, THANK YOU SO MUCH MYEYEDR for reminding people why they hate going to doctors, Insurance fraud at its greatest

I went in to see if i can get some glasses and the girl at the front desk asked me if i needed help. She was very friendly and super resourceful. She helped me in every way she knew. I made an appointment and got me some glasses. Cassandra was very helpful. Thank you Cassandra for all you do. I had a great experience . I will be back again.

Not happy with the service. We visit the place was on Sept 29, 2025 and only today i received an email to pick up the eye glass at around 4:47pm to be exact, without delay emmediately I travelled but due to some traffic i reached 5:01pm. But the people inside are not allowing me to receive the glass instead they instruct me to go back tommorow. Seems time for them is important but not for me, email sent at 4:47pm they can send an email at least 3:00pm or 4:00pm but should not be 4:47pm I need the glass for my son, he struggling allot. When I went to my appointment, I went to the desk and Cassandra was very kind to me, and I felt very comfortable. I would give her 10 stars for her excellent quality of service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me, I have been going to myeyedoctor for many years, the doctor I seen is very good, unfortunately the staff is not, I went to get my glasses tightened on December 22, 2025 and unfortunately the person who tighten my glasses damaged my lenses to the point that the glasses can not be worn, I will not be going back to this location for any type of services again.

I couldn't get an appointment for several months with my regular eye doctor, so I tried my eye doctor on west main in Waterbury. I read some reviews which were rather bad, so I was prepared. However unlike the bad reviews, turns out the staff, Cassandra, Vee, and Melody were very friendly and helpful. Best part is I purchased 2 pair of progressives for less than the price that I would have paid at my former doctor. Yep love my new glasses and new friends at Myeyedr.!

This place sucks front desk is rude doctor's don't care they don't explain anything to you its a money grab stay away from this place you been warned. I recommend going to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses on 939 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705 i give them 5 stars very nice and professional I rate them 5 stars
