I would recommend this office to everyone! The staff here are amazing and every year I get glasses I get so many compliments. Many of my coworkers now go to this office for their eye care. One of my staff members has a special needs son who gets overwhelmed when he is around other people. She asked me if My Eye Doctor would have staff come out to her car and adjust his glasses. I called the office and would you believe this staff member sent me a message today praising the care that she and her son received. She reported that Sharon and Sandra came to her car, and were so good with her son. She thanked me for recommending this office and sent me a picture of her son with a huge smile on his face. She said this has never happened before. This is why I give them a five star rating. Dr. Mulligan is who I see, and she is awesome. Always pleasant and personable, asking how I am doing. I appreciate all that this group of individuals does for me and my family who all get our eye care needs met. Great job Lakewood Rd. Office. Keep up the great work!

It appears that unless your buying glasses from them there not interested in servicing your needs! If they can't take advantage of you with there gimmick promotions the dismiss you! The manger was rude and condensing in her manners and phony customer service! I realize the old days of mom and pop shops are gone ! I loved the guy who had a shop downtown fixing glasses ! This lady the manger with brown hair and heavy set was rude!!!!! Then when I called to complain she was the manger ! Her whole demeanor during the exchange appeared as if she didn't want to service me cause didn't buy the frames from them! Not sure if the work on commission ! I would not go there again!!!! It's said ! What's worse there was no recourse to deal with her !

Made an appointment for a Saturday and they called me to say that none was going to be there so I rescheduled my appointment for another Saturday and showed up a few minutes pasted my time ( literally 3 minutes) and would not see me because they have a schedule to stick to ( how about me).so I asked please can you please ask Dr. and dr. said n

Great service. Doctor went above and beyond, the staff saved me money on my contacts that my old provider couldn't do. Recommended
