Dr. Bosjolie is outstanding. She did an amazing job with my surgery and post op visits were very positive. She's very reassuring and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone needing eye surgery.

This doctor does not even deserve one star. The wait time one time for my mother was over 3 hours and this doctor had the nerve to come in the room with an attitude that she later apologized for because I definitely complained about it. How unprofessional for the doctor to have an attitude as if she was the one waiting that long to begin with.
Furthermore my mother bought this lady and her staff breakfast and lunch multiple times and instead of saying they can't accept things like that like they should have, they accepted it multiple times with a smile on their face. I've witnessed this doctor even give my mother hugs after the visit was done which is also.unprofessional of her and then all of the sudden apparently this miserable doctor felt like my mom was too close to her for I guess buying food for her and the staff etc. And kicked my mother out of the office and put a restraining order on her. This lady is absolutely disgusting for that and I would never ever recommend going to her for your appointments. You might get an attitude too when her day isn't going her way. Go anywhere but refocus in Waterbury CT, other doctors there may be okay but the management and and appointment setters do not do their job right. They are constantly canceling appointments, also making you wait an hour and then telling you while you're in the office that they have to cancel. I have never witnessed that at any doctor office ever. And the wait times can be very very long.
