I've been coming here since I was a little girl at 6 years old (I'm 23 now) when they were in there other building. Truly amazing, I now bring my own toddler here. The doctor is patient, willing to accommodate anyone who needs it. They take a wide range of insurance options, and there's a broad range of lenses in both the men and women's sections. Your never rushed to pick out the perfect frame. Appointment times have always been appropriate and fitting to our schedules. 10/10 would recommend this eye care center!

There is a tall guy there who was very rude, start yelling at me and kept saying I got distance glasses , I was very confused but the guy won't allow me to speak, he kept saying he don6 want to hear whos fault it is, i had 90 days to bring back the glasses, I went to receptionist and told her I'm leaving because there is big misunderstanding here and she ask what happened, she said she was sorry, and another girl came and talk to me , she was very nice and I told her I dont want to ever seee him for any of my appointment.

I stopped coming to this place a while back but when my eye exam needed to be done this year I decided to give them another go. Boy do I regret it. I went in did my eye exam and proceeded to schedule a lens fitting to get contacts. The Friday before my appointment I get a call that the technician doesnt do lens fittings on Mondays. I proceeded to make another appointment for a Tuesday and when I arrive the lady tells me she had scheduled me for an exam not a lens fitting as I had asked for then said she could try to fit me in for it that day. I wasted my time going in for nothing. I work everyday and have little time to waste but these people seem to not care of their patients time as long as they're getting paid. I will never com back to this place. I'll take my money somewhere that will actually value my time and listen to patients when they speak. Do not waste your time with them.

First off I'm highly disappointed at the fact they made it an issue for my son who's only 1 to keep his mask on. Then what makes it worst Dr. Buck had the nerve to pop my sons hand because he touch one of the light tools. I found it very unprofessional and his comment "you get big buy your own toys to touch but in my office you don't touch my toys" very unprofessional you tell me what 1 year old will remain calm when there's a stranger all in their face poking around in there eyes ! Never again will me or my children step foot in there!

Great Experience here I was sent here because they thought I had locked coma turns out it it was because I have huge huge optics what is nice is to know if I went somewhere else I would not No the truth the doctor was amazing and so was the staff and my vision is so clear and they have so many tools there there that you will not get anywhere else that I know of in Waterbury especially Staff was amazing as well highly recommend.
