Carmen took us right in as my daughter was stressed out about her glasses breaking on her 21st birthday. She made her feel relaxed and helped her find new frames to replace the ones that were broken. She quickly popped in the lenses and helped my daughter arrange an eye exam on the spot through her insurance, and select new frames for another pair of glasses with an updated prescription. This is the old school quality service that you do not see at the big eyewear chains. These people care about their customers and treat them with real respect. My family and I will be going here from now on. Highly recommended and they are fluent in Spanish if needed.

Carmen is so lovely and welcoming. I had a slight issue with my first pair of glasses and when I told her about it, she immediately took me in for a second examination and now my glasses are in perfect condition and I'm so happy with the results. Also, they are very quick to have your glasses ready. They either have it the day of or the day after. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a good place to do your prescriptions glasses you have to visit Waterbury vision center . They have the most beautiful frames and good quality but the most important my prescription was ready in few days . Thank you so much . Ahh if anybody needs kids frames this place has the best ones. My daughter Lost her glasses and Carmen made a new one the same day . Well you have my vision in your hands guys .
