Really rude staff. Dr hid the insurance glasses frames and only brought them out after I insisted and said that I wasn't able to afford all the options he showed. He acted like he didn't know he had them. Susan at the front desk is extremely rude as well. Don't bother going to this old office. Even the technology they use is old. They still do things on paper.

Dr. Reed and Nora are truly heaven sent. We called about 5 places and they all were being extremely difficult with getting an appointment but Nora was beyond helpful! Nora took time to work with us not mention we came way earlier than we were supposed to and they still worked with us to get eye care. We are a small family and we really valued the quality and care Dr. Reed took with us. If you are reading this please look no further as they are the best!

The only good thing about this place is the fact that the doctor is knowledgeable about my eye condition. Apart from that, there was no follow through with anything. Called reception numerous times and was asked for the best call back number- no call back received. If you are asked to wait for a week for contacts to come in expect to wait for months. Horrible!! No sense of urgency with anything.

The reception was the only good thing .about this place.The doctor convinced my son to try contact. He 1st attemp to put the contact in my son eye. Then after serval attempt my son got it in.All this was so he can charge me 129 to teach my son how to wear contact. Now after 4hr my don is still trying to get the contact out .my oldest son and I have been trying to help him get these things out his eyes.My son is frustrated and crying. This is the worst exam just for a buck I would of rather him just charge me extra for glasses. Stay away from this doctor.
