I recently had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. I worked with Haley, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to look up my insurance and clearly explain my benefits so I could fully understand my options.
Haley helped me pick out the perfect frames and made the experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated that she asked her colleague, Will, for a second opinion to make sure I was choosing the best style for me. That extra level of care and teamwork really stood out.
She also helped me determine whether it made more sense to use my insurance or take advantage of the current in-store special for my second pair of glasses. I truly felt supported and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience. I highly recommend them!
After 46 years, the time finally came to think about glasses with no experience on how this process works. While it isn't complicated, these guys were great. Attentive, professional and everything was explained in an unhurried, calm and educational manner, not to mention their products are great quality. A perfunctory task turned into an enjoyable experience and I am completely confident in their knowledge and recommendations. Shout out to Will who was super patient and helpful. Thank you!
I just picked up my Nuance Glasses at LensCrafters (LC) Altamonte Mall (Altamonte Springs FL). When I left with my new glasses, I tried to pair glasses with the smartphone Nuance App according to the provided instructions. "Error message" appeared & no matter what I tried, glasses failed to pair. Because there was no way to access battery status, I checked YouTube reviews which had some bad reviews on same problem. I immediately went back to LC very concerned. A very friendly Sales Associate, Hailey Vaught was very attentive & generously listened. I was impressed w/her knowledge of this product and charged the battery for a few minutes which solved it. It was unusual for the factory to ship w/out any charge which would have solved it and have the customer lose confidence in the product & get my $1,700 back. If not for Hailey Caught I would have probably returned the product. In these days & times, it's reassuring to know LC hires the best and provide customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Kaizamar. She was extremely helpful and took the time to run my insurance to explain exactly what was covered for my lenses, which I really appreciated. She was very attentive, patient, and never made us feel rushed. She also adjusted my reading glasses perfectly. Excellent customer service from start to finish--she clearly cares about doing things right.
The smell alone when you walk in the door is horrible smells like they are melting or burning plastic. This complaint isn't about the smell of your store it's about customer service. Went into your store today to buy meta glasses with my friend who was also buying meta glasses today too. He got service with your employee with me standing next to him, he also told her your employee that she being me was also interested in buying a pair of the meta. She never acknowledged me she never said hi how are you no greeting no nothing. I stood right next to him the entire time and she clearly didn't see me??? lol!!! He purchased the metas she rang em up and never asked me if I'd like to see a pair not a word????? It was as if I was invisible??? He even asked me if I was gonna purchase the metas like he did but I said no way would I buy glasses from someone who couldn't even say hello to me? But could definitely talk about everything with my friend?? She was rude and I can name names but I'm not petty like she obviously was. I would not have her as a rep for my company at all! His glasses came to $600 so y'all lost $600 of my

We've been coming to this LensCrafters optometrist office for years . First with Dr. Thompson, and now with Dr. Driscoll, who is great as well. This review is only for the front staff.
On 8/28/25, I called to order my son's contact lenses and asked for them to be shipped to our home something we've done many times before. Fast forward to 10/6, my son asked when he'd be getting his contacts. I realized we never received them, so I started calling the office.
For days, no one answered. I left a voicemail / no call back. I called again Tuesday still nothing. By Wednesday, I was frustrated. On Thursday, I called repeatedly (over 30 times!) until someone finally answered.
Turns out, they had entered our address incorrectly, so the shipment was undeliverable and returned. No one contacted me to let me know. When I finally got through, I was understandably upset and requested that they ship the lenses overnight since my son is away at college and needs them to see. The staff member told me she would take care of it .. I thanked her and hung up.
Now it's Saturday, and still no package! I called again, the same staff member claimed she never said she would overnight them because it would cost $25. Really? So I just imagined that conversation?!
This level of disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for patients is completely unacceptable. My family of 5 has been loyal to this office for years, but after this experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. You don't treat people like this.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Thompson. She's thorough and knowledgeable in her field. I'm glad I chose her as my ophthalmologist.
Hailey from the Altamonte mall Lens Craftters was fantastic, super helpful. She adjusted our glasses and everything worked out perfect. We definitely recommend this place.
