I would like to leave a 100% positive review about my experience at this office.
I been taking my child to this oculist for 2 years and always from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The ladies (Verlaine, Zelma and Mayara) who assisted us showed great communication, kindness, and patience, which made the visit very pleasant and comfortable.

I've been here twice because of their sunglasses promotion, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I was helped by Vanessa, the manager--she was extremely professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and easy.
The second time, Kelly and Mayara assisted me, and they were also very friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended place, and I will definitely be coming back anytime I need anything related to my glasses.

The staff are sooo kind here. Very welcoming. They are very good with kids. I had Zelmarie twice, once with my 6 year old and then again with my 17 year old with appointments 2 weeks apart. She was so kind and patient and gave such good feed back to my 17 year old with the glasses she picked. I would 100% recommend this eyeglass store.
