I can't praise them enough for their FAN-TASTIC (pun intended ) SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!
Licensed Optician Sandy Morales & Dr. Sarah Rosinski in particular were especially terrific:
- Sandy spent 45 min patiently helping: 1) Reschedule my appointment as I inadvertently missed my originally scheduled one. 2) Resolve a complicated CIGNA Insurance/ EyeMed issue I had that neither Cigna, nor EyeMed were able to resolve satisfactory ...yet, Sandy used her 35-year field experience & ingenuity to figure it out ON HER OWN!! 3) And she did all of this with a beautiful smile . I simply can't praise--nor thank--her enough.
- Dr. Sarah Rosinski - My family has seen her for two years thus far and we plan to continue seeing her as long as she's here!!

From the efficient and friendly staff in the front of the establishment to the optometrist ( I saw Dr. Ricky Luong) whom was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING throughout the whole visit. I got the right prescriptions for my eyes now and highly satisfied with the service provided. I will be a returning customer.
