From my first phone call the staff was wonderful. Very polite and helpful. I wasn't given an appointment 3 months from now like other doctor offices, they got me in less than a week.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Echegaray and his staff! Thank you so much! If it wasn't for Dr. Echegaray's fast reaction, I don't know what I would have done. My retina detached over Thanksgiving. I called on Monday early afternoon after seeing my primary, they had me in literally right away and Dr. Echegaray was able to reattach my retina that evening. It is so obvious when there is a good office team, things go so smoothly. The front desk is knowledgeable to know this was an emergency and took appropriate action. I honestly can say it was great to "see" you all finally at my follow-up appointment. Thank you all!

Was a very busy practice but everyone was professional and courteous and all of them apologized for the length of time it took. The doctor himself took the time with me to reassure my concerns and come up with a game plan for what further treatment looked like. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the seating. The chairs are really uncomfortable
