Lia was awesome! The service was very friendly and they were patient as it was my 1st time getting an eye exam and I was being very picky with the frames. The exam was a quick process and the price was great. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely recommend this location

We were about to fly back to Norway in 4days when my son wanted his eyes checked and maybe get some glasses since it's cheaper in the US. So, we decided to go to Stanton Optical. And right away we were assisted by Lia and the manager Mike ( Sorry if not the right name). Provided great service and since we were about to go back home we needed the glasses asap and amazingly we got it the same day. My son was so happy. Thank you and more power to you guys

A new experience! I haven't had a tele-eye dog visit before. I got ladik back in 2005, so this was an old experience coming back as my eyes aren't as great as they were, so knew I'd need some far-sighted glasses again. Lia was great! Heck, I'd travel to that location just for her to help me again! She did several tests on my eyes, explained everything in great detail on what she was doing, and what would happen if I qualify to have glasses done in 30 minutes. Then got the exam, the doc is through a screen, and the assistant, Lia, moves the equipment as necessary. That part about the doc asking is #1 better or #2, with your eyes, they do that from wherever they are, electronically. Afterwards I qualified for 30 minutes glasses, so Lia helped me to decide on which frames are better for my face. And you speak with the eye doc again .. face to face via tablet and she looks at the sizes and settings with you. Was a very good experience all around. The deals you see .. in their advertisements .. all correct and substantial .. I saved over $570 .. exam, 2 frames with polycarbonate, anti-glare lenses .. and in and out in about an hour and a half.

This has been a lengthy mistake getting my glasses here. Have had to go back numerous times to begin with to change my prescription because it was always wrong,the employee(s) couldn't get my lens back in when they came in and another time they fell out. Recently my lens got a chip in it and I took them back under warranty and against my better judgement, I was quoted a price to have them fixed by a newer manager,came back to get them fixed and another employee gave me a price off $100 more than the original quote,I was DONE dealing with these revolving employees,no one has a clue there!

Happy with my experience here. Eye exam was fast, done on-location via telemedicine which was interesting. Rachel and Lionel were both very helpful.

This is from my client... James Bomford I wasn't gonna write a review until I saw the perfect scored review. Based on my visit I knew that score was nonsense. I saw a ad showing two pairs of progressive glasses with other options for under $100. When I went looking for the sale I was told they do not have that deal at this location. I eventually selected a pair of frames and was originally was told it would be same day to three days to receive my glasses. Turns out they were shipped to Texas and I did not get them back for three weeks. I usually buy metal framed glasses not realizing I got plastic ones. Once I received my glasses, three weeks later, they didn't not fit the way they did before and my lens popped out night one. I had to send my aid up to the location just for her to be told to pop it back it, it's fine. My lens fall out almost daily. I paid way more than I originally expected to pay for these glasses. Great staff, very professional, lots of high tech stuff I've never seen before JUST for a contact lens exam. Lenses are a little pricey, but what isn't expensive these days. Will be going back to them again.

I took my son for his 1st eye exam and I have never received better customer service. Mike I really really appreciate you. You know the true meaning of going above and beyond. 5star is not enough to rate you.Thank you Mike
