At the beginning I felt worried because they couldn't find my appointment due to a glitch on the system, but the front desk lady who was helping me went the extra mile to make it happen. Very happy with my new eye doctor. She is amazing, she takes time to explain and listen to you.

It was a pleasurable and thorough, experience with Irene who did my intake tests. Dr. Driscoll was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Dr. Driscoll took time to explain my results and discussed preventive care. I would definitely recommend this office for your optical needs. The entire staff was amazing from check-in to check-out.

Dr Driscoll was through & efficient, and made the exam almost enjoyable. Husband & I were taken at our appointment time, which was appreciated. Will assisted us with frame/lenses and we were out of the store in 1 hr having completed our exams & glasses ordered for both of us. Much better experience than a previous eye exam I had done at a different eye business, and I will be back!

I had a disappointing experience with my recent eye exam at Lenscrafters. The doctor was argumentative and seemed confused and forgetful. Rather than explaining things clearly, she was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable for wanting to understand my own vision needs.
