The customer service experience was superb. The team displayed a highly positive attitude, making me feel safe and valued. I appreciated their professionalism as they helped me create a great pair of glasses, which I'm looking forward to receiving. Their welcoming nature, despite my long absence, showcased outstanding customer service.

This place only cares about your money. I go to a different location in which they show you Moore care, but I was honestly disappointed at the customer service at this location I walked in with eye discomfort and I have insurance, I wanted to get an exam for eye glasses and contacts and get a scan on my retina to see if it was okay They said they would need me to pay for the service and would not use insurance.

Greeting was great, Dr. was professional, appointment maker had trouble taking the time to listen to our conversation which led to a needless phone call on information that was already given to her and put down wrong info on paper before I went in to see the Dr.....Although she seemed overwhelmed with her job and tasks she was very nice. The lady that did our fitting for glasses was wonderful. She was friendly and very professional through all of our needs and Insurance paperwork and she took the time to listen and let us speak.

Quality SCAM!!! Beware! 11-21-2025 So I just returned a $900$ order and, HERE is the scam Originally in 2020 AT THIS LOCATION I've spent about $1700.00 on glasses that I thought it was the best. I, thinking that more expensive is best had ordered all the usual works and upgrades to, NON Reflective computer option blue light filter and the works on both working glasses and my SUNGLASSES / Shades as well. No Sooner that my 1 year warranty expired I noticed quality diminishing fast and simply could not figure out why no matter how much I cleaned my glasses there was some sort of obstruction I constantly was seeing though. And Then on My Sunglasses I noticed a first and fast appearing deteriorating clue. There was some sort of peeling. And long and behold I start noticing that what ever treatment the glasses received as upgrade was carefully engineered not to last much longer and specifically right past 12 month warranty cutoff. I felt cheated for my prescription was still good enough to use both pairs and I have spent so much money I confronted the management and they as hush payment issued me a a partial credit refund. I subsequent I keep my mouth shut. Well, just now I came back placed my order giving these people another shot 6 years later and guess what.... Business as usual same policies and practices. When I got my sunglasses they had this slight coating which almost looks like mirror coating exact same SCAM. this is exactly the layer that was pealing. The regular prescription was none the best the lenses are super soft all plastic pronged to easily scratch and purple pink tint to them. despite ordering thinnest lenses the lenses were much thicker than competition. So here it folks After wasting 3 weeks dealing with all the same lies, horrible staff and their attitude No one wants to be there selling this garbage is my assessment of the matter thereto. I do no NOT recommend this place. Stay away and be aware of these super addons which are garbage. I should have written a review years ago but figured they might have changed their ways. Only GOD Knows How many people that would have helped only if I had done so.

I had a great experience at VisionWorks. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and my appointment was quick and efficient. Overall, a smooth and positive visit -- highly recommend.

The attitudes in this place is horrible! I missed my appointment last year because I didn't feel like dealing with the front desk women. Tried again yesterday and today and the lady was still very rude. The doctor was sweet but I pay to much to deal with the rest of the staff.

I have no idea why I still get my glasses here. I always have an issue. The lady at the desk is always not real nice. Came in today. I had 30 minutes before I had to get to work. I just wanted to pick up my glasses. I asked if I can pick up my glasses. She's sates no you'll have to have a seat and wait through all these people that are buying glasses and I'm like no. I just need to pick them up my glasses. You'll have to wait. I don't need them adjusted. I just need to pick up my glasses. No you have to wait and it'll be a while. Ended up walking out. I guess I'll pick them up eventually.

It was very unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude of how I made an appointment at 4:30 for an appointment online the next day at 930. Its not my fault the office didn't open until 10. But the way they acted pissed me off. First she seen me at the door and ignored me. Then talked to me through the closed glass door from afar with lights off in building. Very unprofessional. Once I told her not to get smart she opens the door and says I can come in but they open at 10. No I will not. You're rude. So I go back at 10. The other lady says oh its you. Yes its me. She says I made an appointment online after hours..... what is the purpose of making an appointment online if I need to do it in there time frame? And I made the appointment at 4. Not after hours. It gave me a 930 appointment and thats what I chose. It emailed me the appointment and I went. Fix your website and watch your attitude and mouth. If I was another race I would not have been talked to this way. Then she stats she has to see if I can be fitted in. Why? I made an appointment there was 1 person in the building. I left. I seen the way they were talking and body demeanor tells it all. To work in the public eye you must watch thiae things and they failed at both. If I wanted to be nasty I could call the BBB. But people have jobs and bad days. Just call off if you dont feel like it.
