Dr. Keating is knowledgeable, professional, puts her patience at ease, and ensures her patients know what is going on. The office staff and assistants are the best! Melody was extremely pleasant, helpful, fun, and knows the business. This was my first trip to the Cape office and I was happy to meet so many friendly and helpful professionals.

Iris is also great. Ivelis is really sweet and makes you feel welcome.

I saw David who was excellent, very patiently worked through options and solutions, tweaking my prescription and suggesting a better option for contact lenses I'm excited about.
I value Dr. Alyssa Keating's experience and knowledge. She is always reassuring and approachable. She further helped putting a plan in place for me with options. I feel this is a very capable staff!

Appointment took 2.5 hours most of which was waiting, after which I was rushed through the portion with the Doctor. I arrived 5min early and there were only 2 other patients there total. The information I gave to the first person (nurse, assistant etc) wasn't communicated to the Doctor. Doctor was rushing way too much and was dismissive of my problems. She gave me obvious tips I already knew about that don't help. Will have to go to another place to address the inflamed nerve, eye strain, and difficulty focusing my eyes (along with other issues) that she dismissed.

They have really expanded with this new suite (same shopping center). I really appreciated the new darkened waiting room after your eyes have been dilated. The people that work there are courteous and helpful, even when they are extremely busy. The eye tech really worked on giving me the best prescription he could and informed me that even with my astigmatism, I could get progressive contacts. Total game changer for me, I no longer have to put on my granny reading glasses to see stuff ;). The doctor who finalizes everything was efficient and answered any questions I had.

The front staff not as friendly. They're very serious, they don't knowledge you, til you say something to them. Now, in the other hand the MA and provider are wonderful.
But the Fort Myers locations are the Best in everything. Starting with the front desk to all the back staff and the providers as well. I prefer the Fort Myers. That location I will give them a 5 star but Cape Coral a 3 star .

Very nice staff, Dr Keaton was nice and very informative. However when I asked her for my script to have for my knowledge and due to going elsewhere for contacts to use secondary insurance she refused to give it to me and basically dismissed me! Would go back again for future visits but very wrong to refuse to give my prescription script for eye glasses.

After receiving a phone call to reschedule my appointment due to the lost of Dr. Eiselman, I must say I was VERY skeptical of this appointment. My appointment was at 12:50 PM on 11/15 with Dr. Alyssa Keating, OD. I got there at 12:30 PM. Only one person was there that work in the Optical shop, she was very welcoming and stated everyone was at lunch. I can't remember her name but the one with the Tattoos. The MA that took me back and Kristin at the front desk were amazing. I want to thank Kristin you understood how important and fast I needed this information and she got the job done. My biggest pet peeve is great customer service and I got that. Being a Bus Operator requires more when you're a Diabetic 2. With everything I needed, I am grateful and appreciative for this staff. Thank you Dr. Keating and staff.
