I cannot emphasis enough the amount of care and compassion I have received with Dr. Tyson and his staff. From the receptionist, tech's, doctors, surgeons and nurses, each and every person loves their job, and are passionate about helping people. It clearly shows. I had cataract removal, and Odyssey lens implants to correct my rather very high script. I went with the best lenses which were suggested but not mandated. They never tried to upsell me, but were straightforward with the possible outcomes. I never thought I'd see without the aid of contacts/glasses, yet here I am a day later with 20/20 vision and no cheaters. This practice is a must for me and I will recommend them to anyone. They seriously have made my dreams come true!! Thank you Dr. Tyson and thank you to your AMAZING staff!!!

Recently I moved 45 minutes away from the Tyson Eye location I had used for years but when I was called to schedule an appointment I was confronted with the most amazing customer service experience I've had in the last 25 years. Kristi Perna not only was able to reschedule me to the closest another office but also tell me exactly how many miles away it was! Pleasant and helpful along with the excellent eye care I've always experienced. Great place.

Usually, you would never call a doctor visit a great experience, but in this case, that is the truth! The front desk was very welcoming, and the assistant gal who did my initial exam was fabulous. Caleigh I believe her name was. Extremely thorough impatient. And Dr. Kaplan was a true gift. He noted some things that originally another Dr overlooked in telling me about. And has laid out a great plan and path for me to make sure my eye health stays the way it should. The best practice I have been to for my eyes.

Dr Kaplan has always been very good but the person that did my refraction exam did not have proper training. She was new and had to call in another person to help her. The more experienced person said she had to leave after spending only a very short time to help. After my appointment I asked for a copy of my new lense prescription. I was given the exact same prescription as the prior year. I am not sure I received a proper exam or prescription.
