Today I had my routine eye exam. From the ladies at the front desk, to my ophthalmic assistant, to the doctor, then to the lady who helped pick out my glasses everyone was so knowledgeable, well educated and the best of the best. Very professional!!! Also the absolute best customer care. Very attentive!! If I could give a million stars I would. Thank you for making the experience so special.

I'm lucky enough to be a patient at the Cape Coral Frantz Eye office with Dr. Johnson. Dr. Johnson is terrific, and the staff at the office is always great. But the real reason I'm taking the time to write this glowing review is the tech I had today at the Cape Coral office - Amanda - impressed me beyond belief. I've been doing the annual exam routine every year for quite a while, but have never had such a skilled vision tech before. From putting the concoction of drops into my eyes to testing the parameters of my vision (the, "better one? Or better two?" deal), and everything in between, Amanda was fast and efficient, but also gentle and kind as only the truly skilled can be. It was the best tech experience I've ever had, at the Frantz offices or at any eye care office where I've been a patient.

When a physician's office requires a patient to surrender their right to trial for fear of the repercussions of the service that they offer then I would suggest that this is an office to avoid. Some might say that lawsuits are out of control. In some instances this is true but frankly that's why businesses have insurance and doctors are paid excessively.

I could not be happier with my results. I was told that I had cataracts and after my eye exam that my eyes prescription for new glasses was just a little more than the previous one. But that they did see cataracts. If I had them removed that I might not need glasses all the time but maybe cheaters for reading, computer or my phone.
My response. When can I have the procedure...
I scheduled it that day.
I could not wait.
The process was simple fast and painless. One eye this week and other eye next week.
It was a game changer for me. I could not wait to buy some sunglasses without prescription lenses. Being a charter tour Capt here in SWFL. I was amazed at my vision and clarity I had while on the water.
Don't wait if don't have too. I highly recommend Frantz Eyecare..

My experience was virtually the same as Marty Toper. 1st visit. Very impressed with Sara and Dr. Coyle and all staff I came in contact with. I too am transferring from my northern doctor. Punta Gorda location is closer to me but I'm sticking with Dr. Coyle in Cape Coral. Goes to show office is very well run as M. Toper and I experienced the same level of satisfaction. I recommended Frantz to my brother and he had his 1st appointment today at Ft. Meyer. Another satisfied patient.

This was first time visit and I was impressed. The tech Sarah was very thorough and did a great exam, very impressed. And my doc B.Coyle was fabulous. I know my issues from many years of exams up north. Dr. Coyle figured them out perfectly and I verified everything she said. I am already sold on these two ladies and the practice in general and will be discontinuing my northern optometrists that I have gone to for many years.
