My wife and i entered Visionworks for the first time at this location in Cape Coral, and was greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile by the front staff. We want to thank, especially Mario, for his help in finding the right glasses for the right price for my wife and i. In our humble opinion, Mario is truly a valuable asset to Visionworks, because of his professionalism, his knowledge of Visionworks products, prices, patience, a people person, bilingual, and his sense of humor, mixed with his professionalism, made us feel like we were part of the Visionworks family. Also, Tabitha was professional, kind, patient, and very helpful in preparing us to be seen by the eye Doctor. Tabitha should be acknowledged for her expertise, and skills.
Finally, the eye doctor we saw on this day was amazing, professional, kind, and thorough in examining, and explaining everything to us. She made us feel like a person, not a dollar sign. We highly recommend people go to this Visionworks location, because, you won't be disappointed with there service, and staff. God Bless them all.

Very friendly attentive staff greeted us as soon as we came in. We liked the organized layout and signage in the store. Was asked how they could help. Asked me if I had a prescription which I did. They let me roam without hovering over me. And the best part, the very first pair of frames I tried on were the ones I got! After going to several other places over a span of 2 days and not feeling 100% happy with the choices it was amazing. I knew I wanted something much different than what I currently had and I was looking for a clear pink frame. After I walked up and told her what I wanted she said she wanted to pick a few more choices for me now that she knew what I was looking for. I tried them all on but...I went back to the original pair! I don't remember the employee's name but her number on my invoice is 120092. Can't wait to pick them up when they come in.

I had a fantastic experience. I was in several times since my boyfriend and I both got new glasses and had interactions with many of the staff members. They kindly fixed my mom's glasses that I brought in and didn't even charge me for it! The customer service from the front desk to the eye exam and the doctor was pleasant, done in a timely manor and I would definitely return. Thank you very much for the help

In my opinion, they don't Even Deserve this one star should be zero they never answer the phone and when they do, it's the patient's fault then you can't be seen because you're late because they don't answer the phone. My child has migraine every single day for a month. They will do nothing to help. You don't care about patience. All they care about is $$$$$ how many people they can get in and out the door fast on there time frame no exceptions.
