I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best in Clermont. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making check in quick and easy. The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything so clearly. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer any questions without rushing. And the associate ROSEMARY was top notch. She helped me pick out my glasses and was incredibly helpful and patient making sure I found frames that were both flattering and comfortable to fit my face. Truly a seamless and positive experience from start to finish - Highly recommend!!!

I had a very frustrating experience trying to contact the America's Best Eyeglasses location in Clermont, FL. I called on behalf of a friend I referred, simply trying to get general information about a vision exam and glasses pricing. I explained the situation clearly, provided approximate prescription details, and asked for a rough price range just to understand if we were talking about $100, $300, $500, or more. While I was on the call, the person helping me was also talking to someone else, then asked if I had any other questions. When I said yes and that I wanted to schedule an appointment, the call was abruptly disconnected. After that, I called back other 3 times. On all these occasions, a different employee answered and placed me on hold indefinitely. On another call, I explained that I was only trying to schedule an appointment and mentioned that the calls kept getting disconnected, and the employee hung up on me again After several more attempts, no one answered at all. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone and will certainly not refer friends or family in the future.

I had a fantastic experience at America's Best Clermont. Dr Lee was so nice and attentive, Nia & Jen S were great as well! Everyone was friendly and so helpful! So glad I finally found an eye doctor close to home.

Absolutely best office. Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent Doctor who did the testing perfectly. Pleasant and wonderful experience very much unlike other locations in Winter Garden and Ocoee areas.

Kelley at the Clermont location was awesome. I was on vacation n my glasses broke. She helped me n fixed the glasses perfectly. Thanks so much for your awesome service n that is why you are Americas Best.

Great experience today shopping for my new glasses at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Right off the bat Crystal helped me with the insurance portion and afterwards Jennifer C. did an outstanding job taking care of the measurements and my selections for the lenses. She went over all of the options they offered and my decision was very easy! I can't wait to get them! Very Happy Customer!

Been here numerous times. Almost stopped going here. Last time in Rosemary helped us. She was incredible. Never had service like that before. She was so helpful and save us as a customer. Thank you Rosemary
