Toppino Eye Care

I've been coming to this practice since I can remember. At least 25 years or so... Over the last 3-5 years, the service and patient care has gone down hill significantly. The staff that I've grown up with have all left; The new staff are extremely nasty and the optical staff could not be bothered to help me with a significant issue with my glasses. They told me they could see me in 2 months or they could "super glue" my glasses that I paid almost $500 for... I have finally had enough & was able to get seen next day at the most caring office I've ever been to. The competitor was so patient and got me exactly what I needed. Clearly 20 something years of loyalty means nothing to this practice. Just remember that without patients, you don't have jobs. Word of mouth and customer service is everything.... even if you don't care, pretend.

Super friendly staff and Dr. Toppino is top notch. They took great care of my Mother in Law through both of her lens replacement procedures. I highly recommend!

First let me say, I never ever wrote a bad review. We moved to the area last yr from south fl. Last exam we had before relocating up here, our Dr told my husband his eyes were very healthy. We went to Dr Barry last month and were told he needed cataract sx, and he shouldn't even be driving. Went back to our Opthalmogist down south, we've seen for last 10 years last week. NO NEED FOR CATARACT SURGERY. He has the start of a cataract. I do not recommend this Dr, for they didn't even darken the room during eye test. Never had an exam where they don't make the room dark, and letters on wall not black but grayish.

The staff here are amazing, gave me all the information I needed and were super helpful. Wait time was very swift as well as the service. 10/10 would recommend for any ocular needs.

Wonderful staff and great experience! The front desk staff were very kind and helpful from checking in to checking out. Marissa was a great listener, detail oriented and so friendly! Dr. Burry came in and was top notch with his professionalism. Amanda helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames with such a fun and easy going attitude. I appreciate the great care taken and highly recommend this office.

I love doctor toppino.she did a great job on my cataracts surgery on both my eyes. Great job.thank you.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at Toppino. Amanda in optical has gone above and beyond year after year with our repeated issues. Toria was patient with our son and talked him through the idea of contacts. She made him extremely comfortable as she worked through his exam with him. We have had many procedures and visits as a family and love the care we recieve.

Absolutely terrible receptionist extremely rude. Took business elsewhere. So unfriended atmosphere
