CPS Eye Care

I have been going here for years. The eye doctors are great. The staff is usually pretty friendly. My last visit was frustrating. I went in over 2 months ago for a contact lens exam. Was told a trial pair of contacts would be ordered, and I was to schedule an appointment when they came in and the doctor would look at them in my eyes to make sure they were a good fit. Fast forward 2 months. I'm not sure what happened, but I never got a call for the trial lenses. I called twice and was told it was taking so long because of my prescription. I've worn contacts for over 30 years and never had an issue with lenses because of my prescription. I'm starting to wonder if the trial lenses were ever actually ordered. Now with my current prescription expired, (which is why I went in so early to get a new lens prescription), I will have to make another contact lens appointment with a different doctor and spend more money so I can get a prescription for contacts. I won't be going back to Target, which is a disappointment because I like the eye doctors there.

I was running a bit late and called to see if I should reschedule. They said they would be able to work me in. I arrived and had very little wait time. Doctor Sriprashad was very personable, thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely return.

I've been going to Target Optical for 2 years now. Both times have been a pleasant experience. I want to do a shoutout to Kerry in the optical center for her kindness and the laughs making the experience even better there. Kerry picked out my glasses for me, like she just knew they would be a perfect fit for me, and they were. I will continue to go back if only for the great customer service!

Best service and their professionalism was impeccable. From the time I step into the optical office until the end, they gave me the best service and treat me very well. I love the staff very professional and attentive.

Great experience. I'd never had an official eye exam before and everyone there made the process very smooth. All were incredibly helpful and kind.

Dr. Chris is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and I barely waited. Kris was so helpful with ordering my contacts. Highly recommend! Follow up: I had a question about my lens order and Anthony was so kind and professional. I haven't had this level of customer service at an eye doctor- ever!

Dr Geer made sure that my prescription for the reading part of my bi-focals focused the right distance for both of my computer screens which differ in distance by 6 to 8 inches.

The optometrist provided an excellent examination. She was very thorough. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything. The overall assessment was performed with professionalism and attention to detail.
