I had a great experience at this ophthalmology office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very organized. The front desk made check in easy, and I didn't feel rushed at any point during my visit.
The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their eye health.
The office itself is clean, modern, and well run. Scheduling was easy and the appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best medical experiences I've had, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist in Clermont.

I recently came in for a follow-up appointment, and the office manager informed me that I had a balance due along with my copay. I used to get the invoice in the mail for the part not covered by insurance company. Not sure why I stopped getting billing, the last two visits I was approached for the balance dues. Can I continue to get the bill through the mail? This way I can verify the payout by insurance company.

I'm often fascinated by how someone may* be a good doctor, but appears to be awful at running a business....and yet, is in private practice.
After trying to simply become a patient here and getting "the run around" for days, no call backs, no follow ups, and then incomplete information-- it's seemingly impossible to get in. Fishman & Sheridan is a BUSINESS and surely, it shouldn't have to be this difficult to get into a local business to become a customer. It's literally easier for me to just drive back & forth to another better-run eye doctor business in Orlando than it is to deal with what their front desk is putting me through.
