Target Optical

Recently purchased new glasses from Targer and while I love the frame, The issue is the lenses. I paid extra for the thinnest lens option, but they still came out very thick and there was no option offered to shave them down or minimize the bulk. I have glasses with the exact same prescription from EyebuyDirect and their lenses are noticeably thinner. For the price point, I expected better lens quality or at least clearer guidance on what to expect. Changing to one star due to the fact that customer service reached out to me in regards to my review and when I responded, I haven't got a response. It's been two weeks.

I would like to share a complaint of the very best kind about my recent eye appointment. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Anthony went above and beyond by taking his time to explain all of my options clearly and thoroughly. At no point did I feel any pressure to upsell--his only focus was what was truly best for my needs, which I deeply appreciated. Dr. Chris is absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen, explain, and make me feel completely comfortable, treating me not just as a patient but like part of his family. That level of care is rare and meaningful. Kim, the manager, was right there every step of the way, making sure I was completely satisfied and well taken care of. It was clear she leads by example and truly cares about the patient experience. The two ladies in the examining area were also wonderful--kind, patient, and thorough in explaining all of my options, again with no pressure at all. This entire team works seamlessly together, and it truly shows. Thank you for such an exceptional experience--I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received.

I had a bad time with the company I used last year for new glasses. The manager was rude when I showed her how the new glasses were warped. She didn't care and wouldn't even try to find another or fix the pair I bought. I was a tad nervous because the company that treated me poorly was part of the same company. That said, I was ecstatic with the store at Target! On the phone, it was great, and I made an appointment. The people at Opitcal were terrific. Everyone was helpful, and they knew what they spoke. The Eye Doctor was excellent and very thorough, and spent extra time due to some changes with the new glasses. In less than 2 weeks, they called to let me know that my new glasses were ready to pick up. Literally in and out. Great experience from start to finish. Coincidentally, the 1st person I spoke with had a nickname the same as my name. It gave me comfort, and she also knew what she was doing, which made the experience even better. I wish to thank everyone.

My visit was for my second set of glasses from Target. My last pair was the best pair I have ever had. Frames, lenses, and perfect measurements are all 5 star. I am amazed how Target is using the latest technology for proper measurements, yet my regular eye doctor (private high-end clinic) still uses the old "look straight at me" and they mark with a grease pencil. That's why I get my script an brought it straight to Target. My experience today was the same. Anitha provided great and efficient service. I got the frames and lenses I wanted and all at a reasonable price. Looking forward to many more years of using Target optical.

Kim, Anthony and the Optho team were truly wonderful. Mine and my hubby's first time there and I needed new glasses. I have such terrible decision fatigue and everyone was so helpful on finding a pair of glasses that I loved and felt great in. Soo many thanks and gratitude for this team!

I heard that target offers free glasses adjustments, so I came into the store and was greeted by Anthony. He was friendly and surpassed all expectations I had. He even made sure I had enough lens cleaners to take care of them! Thank you so much

Jennifer was so helpful! Target optical has a great selection and we have come here for years but this visit stood out with Jennifer. She was especially helpful with my mother who is very particular. Jennifer was patient and able to help resolve some challenges with finding the right fit, including listening attentively, making recommendations, and answering a lot of questions. She took her time with us and made sure my mother was satisfied. Jennifer provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome + cared for. Thank you so much for taking the time with us!

Service was great! The attendants in the front we so nice and helpful especially Kris (she was great). The staff that helped with contact training were sweet, helpful, patient, supportive, and understanding. They were a little bit slow but they made up for it in customer service and support. I will come back again.
