Dr. Samantha Love

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Love. She is very professional and cares about her patients. However, the staff (receptionist & staff members) need to be trained on professionalism. They recently moved offices, their new location is hard to find. My mom was having difficulty finding the location and the gps kept rerouting her. My mom called the office to let them know and they just kept yelling at her "YOU'RE LATE! YOU'RE late!" Instead of offering her help as to how to get to the clinic. There was another experience with the same exact situation. I was TWO minutes late to my appointment & the staff member decided to announce it loudly to the office "OH she's late, she needs to wait" This is sooo disappointing. As a result, my mom had to find a new clinic which sucks because we absolutely love Dr. Love. It is the staff that's a problem.

I'm 73 and have worn glasses all my adult life. Dr Love is the very Best optometrist I've ever had!

She saved my vision by find a glaucoma that was very bad causing headaches and blurry vision turns out it was so bad I could have gone blind if un checked

The absolute worst "eye doctor" I've been to. Completely misdiagnosed me, sent me to a specialist and then refused to send the specialist a referral so that my insurance would cover it. I called 5 times and the receptionist kept lying that she sent it. On the 5th call she admitted that it was never sent because I shouldn't need one. After asking around I have found that she had misdiagnosed many others. Save yourself a ton of money and aggravation and go elsewhere.
