Hope Vision Center gave us hope when we felt hopeless! Dr. Toler, thank you for your training and expertise in Binocular Vision Disorder. Coach Cal, thank you for making vision therapy fun and laughing with our girl. We will never forget you and we are forever grateful to you!
Prior to going to Hope Vision our daughter was having great difficulty reading, doing her school work, and keeping organized. She had to work very hard to keep up at school. Dr. Toler was amazing at explaining that her eyes weren't tracking together and at showing me what my daughter experienced whenever she read. I gained a whole new appreciation for how hard it was for her. After 6 months of vision therapy with Mr. Cal, my daughter is a confident, fast reader and has no problem keeping up with her school work. The therapy made her proficient in all the vision skills she needs to be successful. Our family is so grateful for Dr. Toler, Mr. Cal and the Hope Vision team!
At 6 years old our daughter was diagnosed with amblyopia. I was overwhelmed and worried about how bad her eyesight was and how this condition affected her. With prayer and research, I found Hope Vision. We scheduled a comprehensive vision assessment (lasted 3 hours) and this gave me so many answers as to the extent of her condition and abilities. I trusted the prescription Dr. Toler gave and the glasses of course helped. But after about a year and a half we decided to go ahead and do the recommended vision therapy. Even though our daughter had a mild case, she had issues with teaming and tracking and also headaches. We started vision therapy at the beginning of 2nd grade. Maddie had so many gains that year. Her reading level jumped 3 grades and she gained over 50 points on her reading assessments (typically 20 plus points are the goal in a year). At the end of our 6 months, her vision assessment showed no deficits and her headaches had greatly diminished. She no longer fell down excessively when playing sports. She absolutely loved vision therapy and cried when she was told it was coming to an end. We had our 3 month post assessment and she has not lost any of her skills. I would highly recommend Dr. Toler and her office. We also had my son assessed and the assessment showed he did not need vision therapy. I also have a friend whose son has dyslexia. I recommended Dr. Toler to assess his vision and my friend said they had already been there and Dr. Toler's opinion was that his issues were not vision related. They do not recommend vision therapy for kids who they cannot help.
Dr Toler uses state of the art technology, a vast amount of knowledge-and training, combined with the most wonderful bedside manner you could ever hope to receive from a physician. She has been instrumental in the development of both of our young children's eye care. Highly recommend.
Hi Dr. Toller,
Chris and I wanted to extend our sincere appreciation for all that you have done for Isabella. We are amazed at her results that you reviewed with me on Thursday. You are so wonderful with the kids, as well as all of your staff. And you were always so patient with us and willing to work around our schedule and issues. We definitely weren't the best with the homework and when we needed to take a break due to the intensity of her school work you were more than willing to help us with that. Although Isabella complained from time to time she really did enjoy her time with you.
You have been a blessing to our family and have given Isabella the gift of sight. It was such a surprise to us to get the news that Isabella was basically legally blind in her left eye. There were no noticeable signs that she was having issues with her vision. It's a hard thing to understand this was because her right eye took over all the work. You made it all understandable. Then it became clear why she was behind in reading and school in general. Hard to believe that now she is 20/40 in her left eye instead of 20/200.
It is obvious that you love and truly believe in what you do. Clermont is lucky to have you. We would highly recommend your program to anyone in need of your services and wish you, Calvin and your staff nothing but success.
We will forever be grateful.

My 5th grade son gained so much by doing the vision therapy program here. Before therapy he didn't want to read and his handwriting was lopsided. Now he has no problem reading and has improved confidence in his work at school
Dr. Toler did an incredibly thorough evaluation. Her bedside manner with my child was incredible. She made the whole thing a big game. Highly recommend!
I had diplopia(double vision) and was told by other vision therapists that I may never see straight again. I found Hope Vision and they helped me with my goals to see better than I did before. Within a few months I was able to see better than I did before! I literally couldn't function and they helped me to get back into my professional career. So grateful for Hope Vision!!
