So it's my first time here for my son to get an eye exam and a pair of frames. They are very polite, kind courteous, respectful.. So I made myself an appointment and I'm coming next week. They have beautiful frames in here to select from and I highly recommend the place. And Adriana that sets up the front is very helpful, respectful kind, and courteous, and will answer all your questions so yes, come to this place. Just came here today on the 5th & Jessica helped me out she answered all my questions and is very helpful and polite, professional. Thank you so much I highly recommend this place.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here today. Office was clean, wait was short and staff was friendly. The Assistant and Doctor both very sweet, educated, and made the experience of changing eye doctors well worth it. After being seen check out with Emma was pleasant. She helped us find a good deal on contacts as well as picking glasses. Highly recommending this office.

I visited myeyeDr on 01/19/26 and it was a very refreshing experience. Dr. Patel was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, she took the time to explain everything to me, in regards to the screening photos of my eyes and advised me on going forward in the future. My wife also had great things to say about the knowledge, patience and professionalism of Dr. Luis Pluas whom she had an appointment with the following week. Emma was a Gem amongst all the stones, she is quite experienced, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Emma is the type of person who customer service needs to see more in customer services. She is truly the definition of Customer Service. Emma helped me to choose my frames which I love, then she pointed out to me the price difference between the insurance company and the promotion that they had going, and for me who was on a budget that was a big plus, that showed just how much she cared for me as a customer. She showed and explained to me how the different types of lenses worked and what I would experience from them and this helped me to make an informed decision. She even helped my wife to secure a nice frame which she loves. Emma you are truly a Gem, keep it up, and I hope management sees your worth and reward you accordingly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was very welcoming and professional. Staff got me checked in promptly and soon I was in the back. Dr. Luis Pluas was very knowledgeable and was also pleasant as well. Very thorough and easily explained to me the condition of my eyes. Appointment didn't take too long and then I was picking out my glasses. Staff was also super helpful in picking out my frames with me as well. Definitely recommend this team for future appointments.

Jessica Perez was absolutely amazing during my glasses selection process! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. Jessica explained my options clearly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. Her solutions were tailored to me--not rushed or generic--and that made all the difference. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. Dr. Patel is always a pleasure to see, has great manner and gives her patients the time and attention they require. She spent extra time with me exploring a concern that I had with one of my eyes and helped me understand what might be happening. Emma took great care of me after the examination, taking her time and helping me find the right glasses that suite me based on my description of what I was looking for, even though I could barely see at the time due to my eyes being dilated.

I went to My Eye doctor for my yearly check up. When I arrived the receptionist had already verified with my insurance the coverage. I sign a couple of documents and within minutes I was called for my first check up. Sandra she took me to the room where Dr Patel was going to continue with my eye examination. She was cordial and willing to answer any question. She treated me with respect and patience. When she Fnished, she took me to the waiting area and within 10 minutes Jessica completed The final process. Overall, I give the staff of MY Eye Doctor a 10.
