Premier Ophthalmology

No problem with the the kind and professional employees , my complaint is with the waiting area, so small,old furniture, poor lighting. Needs a serious redo, furniture, carpet, paint ECT.

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is for the tech Rebecca she was kind, professional and just great... other than that my experience at premier with doctor flud was upsetting and unprofessional. I won't be recommending to anyone...

Had simple Cataract surgery on Righr eye on 20 May 2025. It did not go well. Whether it was inexperience or ineptitude, it doesn't matter to me. That's my "eye" you're operating on. The surgeon could not remove all of the affected lens and I wound up with lacerations or tears in the retina as well. A week later I had to have surgery by another practice to remove the remainder of the lens and repair the damaged retina. I now have to heal for 4 weeks before I can get the lens that should have been installed on the 2loth of May. It has been a very traumatic experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Flud for ten years. She and her staff are always compassionate and professional. I highly recommend her for her knowledge and concern about how vision effects a person's quality of life.

My wife and I had an appointment with Dr. Fluid today 10/11/2024 and when we got there everything was closed. No one called, emailed or texted us. I found this to be a lack of care and an extremely unprofessional attitude. I am very disappointed and upset about this because we left Orlando to have our appointment in Clermont and NO ONE was able to call us to reschedule or cancel our appointment.

Dr. Flud just removed cataracts from my both eyes, she is amazing. My eyesight is back perfectly clear, I feel great. Can't say enough, she's caring, gentle and skilled..her staff is great too..

I had to write a review because this Eye Doctor saved my life and career. I am a graphic designer and have to be on the computer all day. I am also a photographer. Being able to stare is an essential part of my job. I've had to quit jobs in the because my eyes were either stinging or in pain, or unbearable strain to a point where I couldnt look people in the eye, even watch tv or drive because of dry eyes. She put me on a prescription eye drop for 6 weeks to improve and a De3 supliment. It's been about 5 weeks and my eyes are 75 percent better. I can watch tv, do my job.. drive and feel almost completely normals. You have no idea, How bad my eyes were I was ready to give up on ever having a career again. Please go see her if you have DRY EYES

I called to make an appointment and was told since my Doctor was in Polk County, they could not see me in their county. It would be going against the rules. The receptionist said I must see a Ophthalmologist in the same county that my doctor has his practice. I told my doctor this and he was astonished and never heard of this before. There was no insurance problems either, they just didn't want my business. So beware.
