I recently got my glasses from the Walmart Vision Care Center and had such a great experience. The staff was absolutely lovely from start to finish. It's very easy to schedule appointments, and the eye doctor was kind, patient, and thorough.
The team in the sales area was especially welcoming and made sure I understood everything about my options, pricing, and lenses. They took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed.
I later brought my brother in, and when they realized how strong his prescription was, they kindly put a rush on his order. His glasses arrived in just two days, which we really appreciated.
Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend this location!

I have been going here for over 10 years I think now! Dr. Bacchus is AMAZING. She is the best eye doctor I've ever had. She is so professional, timely, and KIND. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She makes you feel calm and at ease. During the test, she is very generous with her time and patient when you want to see a slide more than a couple times. Her voice is so sweet and soothing. She knows her stuff and I really enjoy going to her! Seriously cannot recommend Dr. Bacchus enough!

Val greeted me with a beautiful smile and I felt comfortable enough to ask her to if she could adjust my glasses for me. She did amazing and I'm very thankful! Brandon is top notch! We were on a time crunch after having just moved to Clermont before my daughter headed off to college. She had broken her glasses and desperately needed a new pair before she left. She was also a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. Brandon helped her narrow down her choices very quickly and then ensured her two new pairs of glasses would arrive before she left for college. Arlene, his supervisor, also helped us when my daughter came back for her fitting since Brandon was helping another customer. She was quick, efficient, and very friendly.
I also need to say that the place my daughter had her eye exam (not here) had very few options for glasses, they were all brand name, and the cheapest pair of FRAMES alone was around $250. Here my daughter walked out with TWO beautiful pairs of glasses including cutting edge thin lens, anti-glare, and blue light protection for around $330. I can't say enough good things about this Walmart vision center. We'll be back for all our glasses needs! Thank you Brandon and Arlene!
