Outstanding Service from Casondra Willis at Walmart Vision Center - Clermont, FL I had an exceptional experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Clermont, Florida, thanks to Casondra Willis, the Vision Center Optician. Casondra truly went above and beyond what was expected. She did an outstanding job adjusting both the frame and the lenses of my glasses, ensuring a perfect fit and excellent comfort. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were remarkable. On top of that, her warm and friendly attitude made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for the customer, and Casondra does exactly that. I highly recommend her and the Vision Center to anyone looking for top-quality service and a welcoming environment. Thank you, Casondra, for such an excellent experience!

Travelling from out of state and had an issue with my glasses. Vision Center Associate Gloria Dublino resolved the issue quickly. Can't thank her enough for her gracious service. Highly recommend this Vision Center.

Traveling and a screw popped off my glasses. Walmart Vision was nearby and open Sunday afternoon. Exceptional service from Casondra W. Service was quick and professional. Will come back for future optic needs.

As a manager - I properly train my employees on policies and procedures. It is unfortunate that Erica Nieves did not train her employee the correct way as she stated. I went into the clinic for the new year as I was told my insurance would cover the expenses each year and was seen for an eye exam. I paid the copay and had the exam. I received a call almost a month later stating I owe for the visit and the visit would cost full price because my insurance does not cover for the year. Nieves stated, I should know my plan better. What I believe is, this is a way to mislead patients into spending more money because like she stated - she has bills to pay to keep the clinic open. Wow!! Although she discounted the full price down - the fact of the matter is this was a poor explanation, and I still have to come out of pocket to pay for something they said was covered! I decided to make last month my last visit with them and never come anywhere where she practices. As a manager - I would never even fix my mouth to speak to a patient like she did and basically say take it or leave it. oh, and by the way - she stated she is discounting it more than half. Well, don't forgot I paid $10 copay at the visit - so that's a lie! I am paying for more than half if you include the copay. I wish you extreme success at that location and any other location they trust you in. The audacity of some "trained" staff!! Maybe go back to school to achieve better soft skills.

As someone who works with all sorts of providers in healthcare, I have never seen a more kind/knowledgeable doctor and staff. I went the same day as some of the Walmart crazies who were mad because they don't understand their own insurance (its not the doctors job to know what insurance you have), and they responded with kindness! Beware of the walmart crazies commenting! Been a return customer for more than 5 years :)

I stopped by to get an emergency prescription during my holiday trip. Casondra was very helpful. I highly recommend.

After careful thought and consideration, I decided to write this review based solely on the treatment and speculation from the employee working in the frames side of care. She has jet black hair and dark red lip stick and wearing glasses. I waited so patiently to get assistance from her or the gentleman I would of preferred to work with but instead she did acknowledge my presence while working with another customer. in the middle of working with her customer another customer walked over to purchase sunglasses. she got up and went to register to cash the customer out. mind you I am still waiting to be seen. she comes back to continue to work with her current customer. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to go to the neighboring store to have my eyebrows done, but before leaving she says I will be right with you. I told her I'd be back once I am finished with my eyebrows. when I come back she was free to assist but when she acknowledged me, her words were are you ready now! I was a little upset because she said it like I was holding her up although I waited 30 minutes for her. I replied, im just waiting on you. Once she started assisting me with frames, there was some kind of discrepancy with my insurance. it turns out, my vision was covered each year but frames were covered every 2 years and I'd recently obtained frames 6 months prior through my insurance. Once we identified the area of concern that both vision and frames did not line up yearly for coverage. she blatantly asked me if I had Medicaid to assist with my purchase. The nerve and audacity to ask this instead of if I had a secondary insurance was very disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate. I felt belittled and profiled as someone who needed Medicaid. Well, as I gathered myself to express to her that after messing my name up multiple times instead of reading what was wrote. I clearly stated to her that I am Doctor. In fact, I have a doctorate degree and from this point on forward she will need to address me as Dr. __________ moving forward. I typically do not use the Dr. title until I get disrespected by such people who would rather be prejudice to a known race of people without proper knowledge. you just never know who you are speaking to. I hope you are spoken to about this manner and behavior. The time I came in was Tuesday, May 13, 2025 around 2:45pm.
