Jorge is been very helpful with me and my mom's, very patient and always willing to give me information about different products. I came to this location looking for "Lidice" my advisor from her previous store, she's been always with the best actitud and smile providing the best customer service. Im happy that she is now closer to my house. I'll come back soon because of the excellent work they do!!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic when I went to get my eye exam and order my glasses. The service was truly outstanding -- 10/10! The doctor is very knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process. A very special thank you to Jorge, who assisted me personally. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Thanks to him, I was able to get the best prices possible. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Alonso is a very attentive and professional doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident during the visit. I would also like to highlight Carlos, the assistant, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail from the moment I arrived, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Miguel, the technician, was very professional, patient, and precise, ensuring everything was done correctly and clearly explained. A great team with outstanding customer service and genuine care for their patients. I highly recommend them!

Our appt was at 5:30 & 5:40, we didn't see the doctor til almost 7. We found the frames we wanted pretty easily. Staff was friendly and attentive. Veronica helped my husband and me with our glasses afterwards and explained the options thoroughly. She helped me adjust my current glasses which were a little loose for my face. While the machine heated them to be adjusted, she popped out my lenses and cleaned them, which she didn't have to do. Overall the experience was wonderful we just had to cancel our plans afterwards because of how long everything took.

My first eye doctor visit in several years due to a previous poor experience somewhere else. I'm so relieved to have chosen this spot! It was a great experience, they talked through all the different tests and results, they were very helpful, explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable, not sure if they could tell how nervous I was or not. They answered my many questions and helped me get a great deal and exactly what I needed. Thank you to Lisette the manager, and her team!

My son's usual private optometrist was on vacation over break and he damaged his glasses, so I popped into Americas Best. I used them for myself prior and was pleased. I could not remember if my private insurance covered vision so I asked them to look it up. The clerk looked at me and said "we don't take Medicaid". I was professionally dressed and had not indicated my Insuance at all. It's already a discounted wholesaler, much much less than our usual private care, I knew if I had vision it was not much, so I told him "I'll pay out of pocket, let's move on". He proceeded to tell me "the best I can do for you are plastic lenses, they are cheap." We make a very good living. Nobody asked about Medicaid, nobody asked him to "do" anything for me and we most certainly don't do "cheap". I had to insist he show me the quality we wanted , he did not discuss any additional features we wanted like blue light protection, scratch protection, sunlight transformation... all of which we intended to purchase but he decided we were unworthy of or could not afford. I immediately wrote the corporate office with my experience,I got the generic reply that I would hear from them in 24 hours... that was a month ago. The optometrist himself was wonderful - professional, attentive to my son and that care was great. However that experience and the fact they didn't even respond is off putting. Staff should be trained about bringing their personal bias and stereotypes into the workplace.
