The Dr. was very nice, very patient and friendly. Reception was kinda unorganized and when I asked for a copy of my prescription to show to my PCP (which I had just signed) the receptionist printed out a prescription from 2018, all she had to do was copy the one I signed. I know it was intentional and that makes me hesitant to go back. By law I'm allowed to get my prescription.

I have been getting my eyes examined here and Dr Stern's visual center for a few years since I receive SSI benefits with Medicare Medicaid I am always testing my eyes once a year as a diabetic I must to rule out diabetic retinopathy or other issues I also receive a pair of glasses per my insurance plan. Always had a good experience here. Gone back from any nose pad replacements or repairs on my glasses never charged always a smile thank you Doctor Stearns

Horribly experience i've never experienced a level of disrespect like I have in this place. The clerks talk badly about you in your face. The place looks disgusting. I had to pick up my glasses and the clerks saw me in my face and didn't give me my glasses.
