I would like to leave a special comment about Susan, who assisted me this evening at the eyewear store. She was incredibly kind, patient, and humble throughout the entire process. She took her time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Her warm attitude and genuine willingness to help truly made a difference in my experience. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. I highly recommend this store, especially if you have the opportunity to be helped by Susan. Thank you, Susan, for your outstanding service!

Susan at the Davenport location was exceptional!! The way she explained the process and took care of my needs were greatly appreciated. I wanted a specific frame I saw a couple months back and they were no longer in the store. She called several locations until she was able to find the frames I wanted!! Susan was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! As a blue collar man if I can't see what's in front of me I can die and every place from americas best in Kissimmee to optical in the same plaza turned me down and didn't want to help me. Susan helped me as soon as she saw my squinting face try to open up the door because I couldn't even see the hours of operation. God bless her and the rest of the front desk for being so kind. I live about an hour away but this is my new place moving forward!

I had a great experience thanks to three outstanding employees -- Carson, Calandra, and especially Kristine, who truly made the difference. Their professionalism and kindness elevated my visit and deserve recognition. However, Sarilys came across as arrogant, and another woman with white hair made me feel unwelcome and anxious. The contrast in customer service was noticeable.

I had a good experience. The doctor was great. They were very patient with me after I had a problem with my credit card. They were evening willing to let me hold my purchase and pay at another location if I couldn't fix the problem. Want give a big thank you to Luis for taking care of means being very patient.

This is a review about Susan at America's Best Posner Park, who went above and beyond for me. This review begins from the end of October when I placed a call to the store and asked if there was anyway they could ship me another pair of glasses because I was out of the country, and wouldn't be back that way until after the first of the year. The lenses of my current pair had somehow become very scratched making it difficult to see, so I started using my spare pair, but they weren't progressives. After using them for a little while I realized that they just weren't going to work. Because I was constantly taking them off to see things up close. It surprised me then, just how accustomed I had become to the progressives. But this review isn't about progressives. It's about the excellent care and service I received from Susan, even on her days off. Fortunately when I called the store, Susan answered. She was also the technician that fitted me for the progressive lenses the first time. I explained my situation, and told her that I don't think I can wait a couple more months when I am back in town to get a new pair because the glasses I'm using aren't progressives which I had become so accustomed to. I asked if there was anyway they could send me another pair to our mail forwarder just like the last ones I bought and I'd cover all the costs. She was most understanding and replied that the glasses fall under warranty and they'll handle the shipping to our forwarding address. I did not expect to hear that. Susan took down all my information, and told me it might take a week or so before the fulfillment house mails out the new glasses. That was fine with me. But what wasn't expected was a delivery problem and Susan was right on it. A couple of weeks passed, I called and spoke to Susan to see if the glasses were shipped. They were and UPS marked the package as delivered. When I checked with my mail forwarder they said they never received the package. As it turns out, UPS delivered it to the wrong address. During this time when Susan was trying to resolve the claim with UPS, she kept me informed by text message using her own cell phone, not the stores. I didn't know this until later. She was working on solving the problem on her own time when she wasn't working. Since Susan had similar experiences like this, she just went ahead and ordered another pair to avoid any more lost time. The second shipment arrived safe and sound and quickly too. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Susan. Your time, efforts and understanding did not go unnoticed. They're greatly appreciated. If I can add one more thing here. I've been a customer of Americas Best Posner Park for a several years now, and have always received top shelf service. All the employees go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. Susan went beyond that to fill my request, but I am certain that's the way she treats all her customers. I should add that I especially like the free cleaning service that they provide each time I return back to town. It's a great perk - I don't know what they use after they clean my glasses but, it's like I'm looking through new lenses when they're done. I'm tipping my hat. I highly recommend Americas Best Posner Park!

I am so thankful I stopped by Americas Best. My old glasses that I am quite fond of broke. Susan was very knowledgeable, was extremely kind and fixed my glasses so quickly. I now know where to go when it's time for my next eye exam. Seriously thank you so much!

front desk lady was so rude. Walked in for my husband just asking if they take walk in's because i was not sure, she said it was by appointment only. I said okay no problem, i looked at my husband asking if he wanted to make an appointment here or online for the future. He said we can do it here since we were there in person, she literally looks us up and down and says we're booked until March 23rd regardless and i said Oh, she said "yea" as if we had no chance even getting an appointment, didnt even bother to book us for after March 23rd. Just overall rude. We walked out, taking our business elsewhere. As soon as i walked out I decided to check online and I saw there was an appointment available online literally next week, i didnt have to wait a whole month. why lie? I dont understand....
