My son and I had a wonderful experience. Tami waited on us and helped my son choose a pair of glasses that fit his face. She has the personality like an angel. When I visit again, I will only ask for Tami so please make sure she is rewarded for her excellent service. I was going to go to Costco, and she encouraged me to buy my glasses from optical especially with the special free sunglasskeeper! He was able to get two pair of Nike glasses. My son is very happy! She is a keeeper!

This was my first visit to this optical store, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. As someone getting glasses for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and they were very patient and helpful.

I've been coming here for five years, always come back every year and this year I had the chance to meet Tami, and I'll definitely come back for her every year from now on. She is patient and took her time with me, taught me how to put my contacts on and take them off and gave me Bunch of tips, that was back in September and I just came back to get some spare glasses and saw her again, same experience. They even gave me a free contact lens pair and cleaning kit. I highly recommend optical outlets and Tami!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE!! I have had 2 pairs of glasses break. I take care of my stuff and I treat my glasses very gently. The frames they sell are shit and cheap cheap plastic. When you mention the issue, they act like there's nothing they can do. Spare yourself the time and don't bother with this place of business. I will NEVER be back there. This is one pair. I had a clear pink pair of glasses previously from this place that did the exact same thing.

I went yesterday and got my eye exam and my new glasses first person that attended me overcharged and didn't made the transaction properly for my glasses with my insurance, My partner also had his appointment the same day and was attended by Tami and she was so nice and helpful! She guided him to get his firts pair of glasses she went above and beyond when I realized the mistake with my glasses and she fixed the problem! And she even helped me getting my second pair!
