When Dr Salfi was there, I would have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen as he was always triple booked. That was unacceptable!! Salfi was good but the wait for him was horrible. Yesterday, I saw Dr Ortiz and was very pleased. I got to see him in a very reasonable time and he was professional and very competent! I am quite happy now with Dr Ortiz.

One day in 2015 the sight in one eye rapidly deteriorated. Rushed to my ophthalmologist who quickly determined I had a detached retina. He immediately contacted Dr Waite who operated that evening. It was a Friday. At midnight. Who does that? We'll, Dr Waite does. He truly cares about every one of his patients. I have referred several friends who all tell me the great care they experienced with Dr Waite and his incredible staff. I visit each year and continue to come away with good news about my sight.
