I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, all thanks to Tim. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me so warmly and made me feel completely comfortable. He was super chill, funny, and genuinely patient while helping me pick out frames that actually fit my face and style (which is not easy ).
Tim didn't rush me at all and really took his time to make sure I was happy with my choice. He made the whole experience feel personal like I was being helped by family, not just another customer. Customer service like that is rare, and it made such a difference.
If you're going to LensCrafters, definitely ask for Tim. He's the kind of person who makes you want to come back.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I had a prescription from a doctor and my husband recommended this location for my glasses. Sherrie was so pleasant and helpful, just who I needed to help me make a decision with good information but no pressure. The glasses were ready within just a few days. When I came back for my fitting with Sherrie I could not have been happier with the glasses, the way they looked and the way they fit. I highly recommend this LensCrafters and I thank Sherrie for such a pleasant experience!

Thank you everyone at this amazing location! I've been to many in different states and this one by far has the best customer service. They're busy as heck but keep the atmosphere light and customer service focused. Thank you for being able to replace my reading glasses that I broke, in a current frame I already had. They didn't make any promises that the frame would work but it did, and they work perfectly. I had a script in them already so it was fine. Ironically I bought the frame from a different LC in a different state some years ago. I'm in the market for a new optometrist so may make this my new one. Only thing I don't like is driving to Daytona, but unfortunately for me everything is in Daytona or Orlando. I dislike Orlando way more and it's too far, so rather suffer through the traffic to drive to Daytona. Keep up the great work! Nailing great customer service is not easy for a lot of businesses but I have to say this one gets it, and I really do appreciate it.

Very frustrating experience. I confirmed with customer service ahead of time that the $39 retinal imaging fee was optional. When I arrived for my appointment, the office told me they would not perform the exam at all unless I paid for the imaging.
That directly contradicted what I was told beforehand, and there is no clear information on the website stating that imaging is mandatory at this location.
I understand providers can set their own policies, but patients deserve consistent and transparent information before scheduling. Being turned away over an unexpected add-on fee, especially when I needed an urgent exam for night driving issues, was extremely disappointing.
I hope this location and the website improves communication so others are not put in the same situation. Clear communication is especially important in healthcare, and this experience fell short.
