I can't say enough good things about Dr. Menza and the entire team at Menza Eyecare! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient. Dr. Menza is simply outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my eye exam, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear that Dr. Menza truly cares about their patients' eye health and overall wellbeing, and their knowledge and professionalism are matched only by their warm, personable approach. The staff is equally impressive because they are friendly, efficient, and helpful with everything from scheduling to insurance questions. Whether you need a routine eye exam, new glasses, or have specific vision concerns, I wholeheartedly recommend Menza Eyecare! Overall a terrific experience, from the front desk to my exam and after, I felt so well taken care of. This is not your run-of-the-mill vision processing plant. I feel each person is treated as an individual and there's time taken to ensure that the prescription is correct and the care that the doctor gave to me regarding things I did not even recognize about my own eyes. For instance, pointing out that my eyes did show signs of dryness, although it's not something I've ever been aware of. As soon as I tried some moisturizing eye drops that she recommended it was a world of difference. I also did not know that keeping her eyes from drying out actually promotes their health for the future. Ruth at the front desk is just a singularly phenomenal person and exceptional at her job. From the initial booking the appointment to checking out at the end. She was so accommodating and friendly. I'm so glad that a close friend recommended that I go there after she had an exceptional experience as well. I truly think my eyes were examined for my overall health and not just to sell me a pair of glasses as they don't even handle that part of it. Overall, I can't recommend this office enough. If I didn't already have a Costco membership I would get one just to be able to go here!

Today was my first visit and I felt like I was in good hands with both Ruth and Dr. Menza. Ruth was prepared for my visit and made everything go smoothly. I was given a thorough exam and a clear explanation for the issues I was having. I'm looking forward to following up with them next year!

The optometrist was very professional and best of all, so knowledgeable. She shared the results of every test by showing me the visual result and interpreting each one. She found cataracts and how best to proceed forward. We are just moving to this area and leaving a super optometrist. So glad to know that we will have a super optometrist. Thank you.

Mental eye are is the best eyecare I have been to for 30 years. Very polite and accurate and values your opinion as a patient. Dr. Menza is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your vision and helping you see better. I love how this office does not pressure you into other products and exams after giving you insights on how the additional exams can improve your health.
