Today I had the pleasure of being examined by Mr. Frank Broom ! A charming gentleman indeed. The entire office staff was also amazing , Mr Broom has created a wonderful Eye Center . Family owned and operated without the Corporate ( cold ) mindset. I can honestly say we ( my wife and I both ) totally enjoyed the experience of this wonderful facility. If you're looking for outstanding Optometrist/Optician , do yourself a favor and let the Daytona Eye Center get you in the right way. Thanks again to Dr Broom Sr. and all the wonderful staff , they are the BEST !

I was on vacation in Daytona Beach and left my contacts at home - stopped in to see if I could buy a box here. The front desk staff was super friendly, walked me over to the contact person, who was able to ask the eye doctor who quickly helped with a prescription question. This was healthy busy office and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was they all woke up that morning to make a customers day. I'll be telling anyone who is seeking care and will listen how great this place is to be. Heck, even if you don't need eye care today, you could walk in for a smile!

Very unprofessional.
Called 3 times to make an appointment.
-First one they hang up on me, after telling me they are going to put me on hold.
-Second one, they put me in hold for almost 10 mnts. I hang up, to call again.
Third- I explained to her why I hang up and I want the appointment to only have the receptionist nagging at me because I hang up.
Ah and they don't even put you in hold, you can hear everything they are saying. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment because I was having problems with one of my eyes! I met with the doctors had a full exam. They discovered a problem that needed a retina specialist. An appointment was made two weeks out. I received a call a few day later from daytona eye telling me that they were going to call and try to get the appointment moved up. I received a call shortly after from the specialist with an appointment for that day! Shortly after that Daytona Eye Center called to see if I had an appointment.
My treatment started that same day!! If I could give more than a 5 rating I would. Daytona Eye Center was fantastic. Thank you to the doctors and all the friendly staff!

Can someone please pick up the phone or return voicemails? My children and I have been coming here for the past couple of years. The doctor is absolutely amazing and the staff is normally friendly. There's been a few times that you overhear what the staff is talking about and it's very inappropriate. Especially having to do with other customers. The biggest problem that I have is trying to get in contact with anybody from this location. I live a ways away and would love to make an appointment for my family and I but nobody ever answers the phones. It's extremely frustrating, especially since this is the only eye doctor that takes my insurance.

Went here starting in middle school, moved out of the area last couple of places i went felt like i was being robbed. Decided to make the hour and a half drive to come here and so glad i did. The staff and energy here is still top notch. I think growing up with this being my only optometrist for over 20 yrs just set the bar so high these other places after i moved were never going to mesure up.
