I have been going to this place for most of my life. I won't lie, there have been times when I've been met with a snippy person upfront. However, let's be reasonable.... They are human too and are entitled to bad days just like any other person. I just do my best to be nice to that person anyways. Dr. Broome was great with me when I was a kid (6th grade I started wearing glasses), they are great with me as an adult. For eye checks, my kids will come here, too. They have always worked with me even through insurance changes. The doctors are great and take care of you. I have had other eye doctors for 3 years when I moved to the other side of the state, that place made me want to drive over here for eye service. When I can't decide on a pair of glasses I have had staff looking with me to make sure I got a pair I loved, while working within a budget I had. I didn't even ask them too, she just came over and started chatting and helping. If this isn't fabulous customer service to you, I don't what could please you. Thank you Dr. Broome's office for always being there for my family eye's needs. Forever customer here!

Review edit. I am not impressed with the schedule. The doctors are nice and seem knowledgeable but waiting 3 or more weeks for 1 pair of glasses is ridiculous. 1 pair came in after 10 days and we are still waiting on the other and it's been 20 days so far. Will not go back.

There is no better place for quality, service , product and personality. This is the best most complete business of this kind in all the area.
