My glasses were damaged and eyeglass world honored my warranty without even purchasing from them. Thank you Suzanne for helping me out and saving me money. My frames are so cool,I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Terin for sizing my glasses for a perfect fit.

Purchased glasses in June. Finally picked up in August. Made wrong, told they were right. Cost me $35 at my optometrist to confirm they were wrong, and remade. Not called when done, had to follow up. Still not quite right. Optometrist checks prescription making minor adjustment. Glasses made with new prescription. Called and told they were available but on arrival was told they were made with the old prescription and sent back, but didn't call me to tell me this, so I'm wasting time and mileage. Not called to tell me when done, following up I'm told they are ready. On arrival they give me the glasses they told me were sent back. Left in the drawer they thought they were the new ones. Glasses marked to avoid that mistake again and order placed. Not called after two weeks again to find order not placed. Called next week and they're in but again I wasn't called. This time they were right. Two months, half a dozen mistakes, $35 out of pocket and multiple trips to make this happen. Organizational procedures in conflict with each other causing miscommunication between staff and lab. Condescending attitudes, no apologies, no offers to mediate situation. I won't be back.

Poor experience! I walked in knowing what I wanted but Terrin told me what I wanted? After 50 years wearing Ray Bans, I know what I want! I asked for an itemized invoice and he didn't do it costing me way more than I wanted to spend. Shipping was slow and I had to call to find out my glasses were sitting there? The only positive is they have a good selection. It's not worth it during or after the sale. I won't go back. Buyer Beware!

My daughter and I had been customers at this Eyeglass world for 2 years. I called 2 days in a row to reorder contacts. They told me to call back 4 times and was told twice that they would call me. Never a call! On the second day, when I finally got to talk to someone, they informed me that the eye doctor never put in my daughter's contact prescription and that the doctors were no longer there. They gave me an email to try to contact the doctor's company. Basically said...too bad so sad. I had heard bad reviews about them from others but thought maybe our experience would be different. NOT! Terrible customer service and incompetence.

I was 1,350 miles from home in the Daytona area for a few weeks when I lost a lens out of my glasses. Using the prescription my optometrist sent, Eyeglass World got me seeing again with two pair of bifocals with next day service. The price was low and the service was exceptional. A huge thanks to Mikayla for helping me through the process

My wife and I travel for work and pleasure and we're gone quite often two months at a time so we picked our glasses up and had a few issues told them we would not be back within the 30 day Time limit. They said no problems come on in when you can, I went in there today in a hurry and Michaela Dropped everything and took care of my glasses, using the existing lenses with new frames and got me in and out quickly, she exudes customer service and professionalism, you don't see that much in the workplace anymore, thank you Michaela!!!
