Everything about this practice that I experienced earned a five-star rating. First of all my greeting from the receptionist was warm and welcoming. This was followed by an extensive review of my medical history as well as comprehensive testing conducted by Taj. Her professionalism and knowledge were impressive, and her demeanor expressed her care and empathy. This was followed by my appointment with Dr. Jackson. My wife and I were both very impressed by his expertise and affable manner. He thoroughly reviewed my test results and explained my options in a very thoughtful and easy to understand manner. In short, I would fully endorse this practice as a place where you will receive the highest level of care and concern. A+ and thank you for making us feel so special.

This is the best eye care clinic I have known. Dr. Jackson is a wise very skilled expert , and his staff is extremely kind and competent. I strongly recommend them to anyone at all ages.

Dr. Jackson is one of the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He is not only a doctor but treats you like family and not only he will send you on your way, after your appointment. He and his wife really cares for their patients and their well-being.

I can honestly say The Ferst Institute is incredible! I went there to see Dr.Jackson with a rare autoimmune eye issue and he and his staff took time and great care to treat me with the utmost in kindness and knowledge. A first class experience in medical care! Dr. Jackson is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who seeks answers and solutions. The entire office Staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Very pleasant atmosphere, Dr . Jackson and his staff were amazing. He broke everything down for my son and I so we could understand. His staff was friendly.I honestly didn't mind that it took a while cause he spent time with my son and was very thorough in his examination I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone and look forward to our next visit. I have NEVER had such high quality of care from ANY doctor in my life! Dr. Jackson and his staff GENUINELY care and fight to help! My situation has been very complicated yet they have never made me feel like a bother or like they aren't on my side. They have never rushed me out the door during my appointments. They actually listen to everything I have to say and ask questions to make sure they're understanding which reassures me that they are listening and WANT to understand. I love the energy and will NEVER go anywhere else! I recommend going to Ferst first because you'll FEEL like you come first instead of feeling like just another patient or a number like in many other places. I can't say enough about how amazing the care is here!

I love this place. They are caring people. I have been with them for a very long time. There are no doctor that are able to control my glaucoma and my rejection of my cornea like they do. They are not the type of doctor that want to rush u out of the office. They are compassionate and very family oriented and understanding of ur pain. I can wait all day because I know they are taking care of there patient the right way. Last but not least, I love love there assistant Mona she is very awesome.
