I recently had an appointment and was very impressed with the thoroughness of my eye exam. The optometrist took the time to explain each step clearly, and I loved the use of technology which worked very well. I left feeling confident about the care I received.
The only downside was the wait time after my scheduled appointment. Even though I arrived on time, I had to wait quite a while before being seen.
Overall, the quality of the exam was excellent, but the office should improve scheduling or reduce delays to make the experience smoother.

The appointment was okay till we started looking for glasses. The store manager was very rude having side slick comments about why we didn't want extra stuff added onto our lenses. Questioning why our total was our total the lady taking care of us chose to say "oh they're watching there money they even declined the insurance plan" which we didn't need and that was why we declined it. We were also not "watching our money" just don't need to spend unnecessary money for something we don't need. I feel like the exam went perfectly but if you're looking to spend money on what you need instead of giving them so much more on something they're just trying to sell to you for no reason this is not the place to go to purchase glasses.. not to mention they charge you for a picture of your eyes and it's a argument for them to even let you see.

Tricia and Ashley B went above and beyond to meet my needs. they were as patient as can be, and as someone with autism, for me that's a rare experience at eye appointments, which can be overwhelming. Ashley B walked me through every step of the exam patiently and clearly, and Tricia helped me pick from a wide variety of frames. variety is good, but intimidating for someone like me when i don't know what i'm looking for! Tricia was so patient while I struggled to decide, and helped me figure out what style i wanted. Thank you to these two for a great experience! My optometrist was the same, patient and reassuring as can be, but i don't remember her name unfortunately.

I was a little surprised to have an offsite optometrist (I booked online). They do let you know if you call to make your appointment but it worked just fine.
They really do an in depth exam into your eye health.
The offsite optometrist reviews the reports and comes online and even controls the equipment to dial in your prescription. She was easy to talk with about any concerns.
Very high tech, they really focus on eye health.
The team in the office was friendly and prepared the tests for uploading.

The team -- Ashley (assistant to the optometrist) and Lenny (The glasses salesman) -- were both exceptionally kind and sociable, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The center utilizes newer technology, eliminating the need for dilation eyedrops, which is a huge convenience. The eye doctor consults remotely via a screen, but an in-room eye care associate is present throughout the appointment. They are highly qualified and work seamlessly alongside the doctor, ensuring top-notch care. Overall, a fantastic experience.
